This endeavour has further guided VOH to voluntarily own the responsibility of being a policy think tank on healthcare. Centre of gravity is being shifted towards tier 2 markets. It seems healthcare economics, dynamics and technology is fair to every body in healthcare market. Against this back drop, this conference would present all possible scenarios encompassing challenges and opportunities in tier 2 markets.
