+A binary indicator variable was created for each variable to assess missingness (missing vs not missing). Shown are missing cases for each variable (non-missing cases are not tabled). Bivariate χ2 tests with 1 degree of freedom (2 x 2 tables) were used to test for differences in item-level missingness by data collection method (in-person vs online). A 3 degree of freedom test was used for number of items missing (0, 1, 2, 3 or more) by data collection method.
