PRODUCT CHOICE

The focus in every phase of Amoritalia is the product: the latter is the result of the producers talent and hard work, creating a product able to meet the needs, and desires of the customer. Extreme attention is then paid to the choice of the product, for which AmorItalia’s team will perform a market analysis and elaborate a specific marketing strategy. Amoritalia’s team will also use the info provided by the producer to create product sheets and individual profiles on the web portal.


PRICE POLICY & PROMOTION

Discounts and product prices are always agreed between Amoritalia and the producer. Amoritalia’s ďŹ nal price: gross product price + standard market overcharge Promotions: limited to short periods (3-5 days) with percentages ranging from 5% to 35%, in order to build a loyal and trustworthy relationship with clients without diminishing the product with high discounts Indirect discounts: in any case the possibility to apply direct discounts on products comes less Amoritalia.com keeps the right to reduce the amount of the basket in the checkout phase.


DROP SHIPPING

Drop Shipping is a sale model through which AmorItalia sells a product to an end user, without having stock in a warehouse. AmorItalia applies this model to all products costing more than â‚Ź 60, except speciďŹ c agreements with the supplier.

ADVANTAGES FOR THE MANUFACTURER - Possibility to create another revenue stream without investing capital - Not having to deal with e-commerce operations - Not having to worry about the shipping process (the producer will receive the order and will prepare the pack for the courier)

The Producer prepares the package and informs AmorItalia. The pack will contain in addition to the Product a flyer from Amoritalia thanking you for choosing us. For custom products, the manufacturer must communicate by mail to the customer timing and status of production.


GROUP ORDER AmorItalia applies the Group Order for the sale of those products with unit price less than 60 €, for which the costs of the Drop Shipping model(1 order = 1 costs) would not be economically convenient. To achieve the Group Order, we will implement specific promotional campaigns, finalised to collect a certain amount of orders from customers before sending the order to the producer. The impact of the cost of the shipment will then be divided by the total of ordered goods, justifying the cost of sales operation on the individual piece.

PAYMENTS

AmorItalia, in partnership with Loviit (Italian specialist for 'E-payment), guarantees the sale of products and offers advantages such as: - Sale around the world without the 'nightmare of long-standing administrative matters - the take over of all risks and the guarantee of payments - Complete range of payment methods, with the increase in the ratio of portal visitors and end buyers How does it work: The customer makes the order and chooses the preferred payment method. At the time of 'order, the purchased amount is blocked, and such change ensures the solvency of the customer. When the parcel is received by the customer, the transaction is actually concluded *. After 7 days from when the package is received by the customer, AmorItalia credits the account of the supplier for the total amount. ** In the case of custom products an advance can be guaranteed to the producer. * NB In many European countries this mode is a legal requirement. ** NB To create a trustworthy reaction with suppliers, for the ďŹ rst three orders, AmorItalia will anticipate the payment when the order is made; subsequently the above standard modes will be followed.


RETURNS AmorItalia manages all procedures related to returns for both suppliers and ďŹ nal buyers. AmorItalia guarantees constant attention and assistance to manufacturers regarding return management, in order to solve the buyers problems as quickly as possible and also minimize costs due to product replacement. Commercial Return: The buyer receiving the article has 14 days to make any return (right of cancellation / reconsideration); The buyer makes the return request through AmorItalia’s portal, which will contact the supplier and agree on how to manage the return. The buyer shall return the item, at its expense, to the manufacturer or to Amoritalia’s headquarters that will manage the re listing. RMA: The customer has a 2-year warranty for the return of a faulty product(RMA). At suppliers expenses AmorItalia will withdraw the defective item and delivers it to the manufacturer, that will decide to replace the product or, alternatively, reimburse the customer. Under certain circumstances AmorItalia, in accordance with the supplier, may rely on specialist for on site assistance, in order to reduce cost for the supplier.

ONLINE & OFFLINE MARKETING

AmorItalia has planned a massive marketing campaign to launch our web platforms through initiatives such as: ONLINE - Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr. - SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), to ensure an optimal indexing of our portals and products in order to ensure greater visibility on the web. OFFLINE - Traditional advertising channels: posters, leaets, articles on local newspapers, Advertising in tube stations, advertising in cinemas, live events, etc. Attention will be initially focused in the London area, before expanding throughout Europe.


TEMPORARY STORE

Amoritalia’s team decided to launch Week End Stands as a promotional initiative in order to support the B2C portal amoritalia.com, which will be present in different areas of London starting from November 2015. These will be extended based on the success of the initiative. The main purpose is to create public awareness for the products of the affiliated companies, making the customer physically touch and feel the quality of the materials and by explaining the idea, research and hard work that led the artist’s throughout the creation process of these unique products. PHOTOGRAPHY An essential requirement to sell a product consists of a proper presentation of it, through a clear and appealing "showcase". For online sales, high definition photos with accurate technical criterias that emphasise and enhance the products characteristics, are of key importance. AmorItalia offers three different photographic services to the producer: - Free photographic shooting: The photos rights remain property of Amoritalia that will have exclusive use of them. - Low cost Photographic service carried out by young professional photographers: the costs of the shooting will be shared 50/50 between AmorItalia and the producer. (about 100/150 € each); - High level Photographic service, carried out by experienced professional photographers: the costs of the shooting will be shared 50/50 between AmorItalia and the producer. (about 350/500 € each); Photo shooting and Video can also be used by the manufacturer. the shooting will be performed at the producer’s premises, identifying the best locations and scenarios for the creation of snapshots and videos. The producer commits to provide products and staff for the creation of the set. If case overnight stay, the cost of the photographers board and lodging shall be covered by the producer.
