Wood frame construction utilise is a building material that has regenerative potential, affords short construction times and provides great freedom of design. It allows for individuality as well as healthful living with exceptional energy efficiency. Building the modular way offers a high degree of flexibility and the potential to expand without sacrificing quality along the way. Moreover, the buildings are mobile and can be transported easily to another location and can be assembled there again without great effort. This mobility minimizes location requirements and makes efficient further- and later usage possible. LivingCon modules are finished to high-quality requirements and are available at fixed, turn-key ready pricing, completely equipped and available individually planned. How does LivingCon work? LivingCon solutions for space – whether a mini-house, offices, student housing or vacation homes– are delivered fully equipped and ready for occupancy (incl. furniture, kitchen equipment, plumbing, floor and wall coverings, as well as doors and windows). As a result of the maximum module width of three meters, typical transport by truck is possible and no heavy load transport with special approval is necessary. The modules are deposited at the stipulated location with an auto crane and then installed. A single module can be installed within an hour, up to six modules within a workday, and larger projects in scope within a few days. No complex measures are required at the stipulated location. In most cases a concrete slab and only the supply and sewage lines need to be prepared as a base. This issue is best discussed with your regional provider and the responsible building authorities. Since complete houses are involved, local construction guidelines must be observed. Our experienced employees are glad to help you with this. Connections on the modules for water and electricity are carried out by mans of high quality- and fused plug connections. LivingCon works together with the various building trades using exclusively experienced, regional workshops. The workshops are mutually coordinated and guarantee the highest quality and workmanship. Our architects and planners combine living, sleeping, cooking, and bathing activities with well-conceived functionality. Depending on the demand for living space, even our smallest module for individuals or couples – at merely 30 square meters – provides everything required for living. The dual module, at 60 square meters, is already suitable for families and can grow along with your family. This allows a structure to respectively expand by a further 30 square meter module, either on one level or on two.

LivingCon is a partner of the CO2 Bank. With every module we produce, we or you as a house builder, are making an important contribution to climate protection. The quantity of carbon dioxide removed from the atmosphere by a realized object is indicated on a certificate that builders receive togehter with their LivingCon module.
