We’re happy that we’ll be able to meet together for a week, enjoy concerts, experience skiing thrills and sports excitement in such a large group. We’ve prepared plenty of activities for you. More information about them can be found in the Guide below and in the specially developed app. During our stay in Madonna di Campiglio, we’ll meet twice at the famous Piazza Sissi at concerts, attend meetings with extraordinary guests at the PalaCampiglio conference center, as well as with vendors – Partners of our trip – who have prepared numerous surprises for you. For those who enjoy an active stay, we offer a number of skiing activities. After all, we’ll be in the heart of one of the largest ski resorts in Europe. More than 150 kilometers of trails, nearly 60 lifts, a snow-park, a toboggan run or the opportunity to participate in ski training sessions – these are just some of the attractions that await you in Madonna di Campiglio.

MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO It’s a charming town with a regular population of about 800 people, turning into a mecca for skiing enthusiasts during the winter season. It’s located in the heart of Val Rendena, between the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello and Presanella glaciers at 1550 meters above sea level. It’s not only Italy’s winter sports capital, but one of the most renowned ski resorts in Europe! In winter, Madonna di Campiglio offers a wide variety of activities – mountain hikes, cross-country skiing, but above all as many as 150 kilometers of ski trails, including several legendary ones, such as the 3Tre (93) where a special slalom is arranged every year as part of the Alpine Ski World Cup competition. Of course, the Pearl of the Dolomites is not only a paradise for skiers. Our trip is also loaded with a number of other attractions, including two concerts at Piazza Sissi, meetings with special guests from the world of sports, partying in a two-story disco or inspiring meetings with our vendors. It’s impossible to be bored in Madonna di Campiglio!

ORGANIZER’S OFFICE For your convenience at PalaCampiglio, we’ve organized a special office with an information desk where you can address all your questions and problems. We’ll be at your disposal every day from Sunday, December 10 to Saturday, December 16. Check the location PalaCampiglio on the map on pages 24–25. The accommodation there will be available from Sunday, December 10, starting at 3:00 pm. Upon arrival at your hotel, an Inter Cars attendant will be waiting for you at the reception to give you a welcome package. The attendant will provide you with the necessary information related to the accommodation, activities and attractions awaiting for you in Madonna di Campiglio. At your hotel, along with your welcome package, you’ll also receive a ski pass voucher, as well as a special wristband to identify our guests. Please do not take it off throughout the trip until December 16! We do not recommend arriving early in Madonna di Campiglio as the number of available hotel accommodations will be severely limited due to the St. Ambrose holiday going on in Italy at the time and the high number of visitors to the mountain resorts. Inter Cars guarantees a place at the hotel of your choice starting Sunday, December 10, 10 from 3:00 PM.
WELCOME MEETING WITH INTER CARS MANAGEMENT DECEMBER 11, 9:00 pm On Monday, December 11, an official welcoming will be held at Piazza Sissi for all participants of the trip, as well as a brief meeting with Inter Cars Management. You are most welcome to come. We have also planned some additional activities in the main square of Madonna di Campiglio. After the meeting with Management, we’ll stay at Piazza Sissi and all guests are invited to a concert by the band Los Locos Armando’s that has prepared a special list of hits – you’re bound to be surprised by their compilation! Immediately after the concert, we’ll meet at Piano 54 for a disco exclusive to the participants of the Around the World.

MEALS IN HOTELS In the accommodation package, each participant of the trip will receive HB meals, i.e. breakfast and late dinner. Late dinners in hotels are served from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We recommend coming to dinner on time because they end exactly at 9:00 pm and, according to an Italian tradition, there are no exceptions to this rule. For a late dinner, each participant receives a beverage package: sparkling or still water and coffee or tea. Other drinks, including alcohol, are charged extra.

between 7 pm and 9 pm.
HOTEL PARKING LOTS Each hotel has different parking arrangements (generally chargeable) with no advance booking. During your check-in on December 10 on site, you’ll receive information about available parking spaces at the facility.
VALUABLE BELONGINGS We recommend not to leave valuables in hotel rooms in visible places. It is best to use the safes located in the rooms or the deposit lockers at the reception. In accordance with applicable law, neither the hotel nor the organizer of the event is responsible for the loss of valuable items left in the rooms.
CHECKING OUT You must check out of the hotel by 10 am on Saturday, December 16. Before leaving the facility, check to see if you have left your belongings in your room or in the deposit locker. This is very important. In case you leave your belongings at the hotel, you’ll have to process their return individually. In case of early check-out, you’ll have to pay all possible additional payments at the hotel reception.

Madonna di Campiglio is one of the most famous winter resorts in Europe, but it’s important to remember that those who aren’t amateur skiers won’t complain of boredom! On the contrary, the town offers plenty of attractions, among which there’s something suitable for everyone.

Access by cable car One of the biggest attractions of Madonna di Campiglio is the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking views. Even a ride on a gondola lift is quite an experience, and what awaits in the higher parts of the mountains is beyond words! Passo Grosté is already waiting for you!
Hiking If you say a definite “no” to skiing, try other forms of mountain recreation. You’ll be able to discover the beauty of the Dolomites through hiking tours with a local guide. Do you want such a hike to be a new experience? Go for it. Just put snowshoes on your footwear!
Cross-country skis It’s a great, very versatile form of recreation: you can treat it as an interesting physical activity or a way to explore the local landscape. Be sure to go to Centro Fondo where, among other things, you’ll be able to take advice from experienced instructors.
“La Dolce Vita” – Spend time in an Italian style! The atmosphere of celebrating the moment, focusing on the here and now and isolation from everyday life is noted by visitors to this Alpine village. OUR STAR ENEJ MUSIC STAR OF 2023 AROUND THE WORLD! One of the most popular Polish bands will play especially for Inter Cars Customers on December 13 at Piazza Sissi, the heart of Madonna di Campiglio! Enej – this name is known not only to music fans. The Olsztyn-based band has been in existence for more than twenty years and has topped the charts with such hits as “Radio Hello”, “Skrzydlate ręce”, “Tak smakuje życie” and “Lili”. Released in 2012, the album “Folkhorod” achieved the status of a Triple Platinum! The founders of this rock and folk band are brothers Piotr and Paweł Sołoducha and their friend Łukasz Kojrys, who is currently the band’s manager. The band’s name comes from the name of the main character in Ivan Kotliarevsky’s “The Aeneid” – Aeneas, a jolly Cossack traveling the world. The group is a culturally diverse mix, which is rooted in the origins of its members – the Sołoduch brothers’ family has Ukrainian roots, Mirosław Ortyński was born in Lviv, and the other 18 members of the band are Polish.

OUR STAR ANDRZEJ BARGIEL SKI MOUNTAINEER WHO WAS THE FIRST PERSON IN THE WORLD TO SKI OFF THE TOPS OF K2 AND BROAD PEAK He bought his first skis at the age of nine from a neighbor in his hometown of Łętownia. The neighbor was a tough bargain as little Andrzej had to contribute a pocket knife and table tennis sticks with a heavy heart. It turned out to be the best investment of his life. After that, the only thing that mattered was the skis which, although essentially for moving downhill, took him to the top. For many years, with his attitude and achievements, he’s been showing that “impossible” doesn’t exist. In 2015, Andrzej Bargiel became the first person in history to ski from the top of Broad Peak (8051 m) to the base camp without taking off his skis. Three years later, he gained international fame and acclaim by accomplishing a similar extreme stunt – he tamed the famous K2 (8611 meters above sea level)! Andrew Bargiel’s next goal? The answer will be revealed at the Inter Cars Customers’ meeting!

OUR STAR BARTOSZ OSTAŁOWSKI A MAN WHO BREAKS THROUGH BARRIERS! HE DOESN’T KNOW THE WORD “IMPOSSIBLE”. Our ambassador is the world’s only FIA-licensed professional sports driver who drives a car... with his foot! Bartosz is a regular participant in the Drifting Championship of Poland, one of the icons of Polish drifting, as well as a Guinness World Record holder.

You may know him from the race track and the extraordinary stunts he performs behind the wheel of his 1000-horsepower Furia. Bartosz is a general classification medalist in the Polish Drifting Championships, competed in the GRiD Gymkhana, in which his right seat passenger was, among others, Ken Block, and drifted between Formula 1 cars at a joint event with Nico Hülkenberg. Last year, our ambassador also became a Guinness World Record holder for the fastest drift in a foot-driven car with an incredible result of 231.66 km/h! While doing so, he also set an 20 absolute Polish record for the fastest drift!
The racing face of Bartosz is known to everyone, but did you know that he is also an accomplished painter who paints pictures with his foot and a great motivational speaker who captivates crowds at his meetings? In 2022, Bartosz Ostałowski set a Guinness World Record for the fastest drift in a foot-driven car with an incredible result of 231.66 km/h!

Popular trails Trail from Grosté 60 61 63 64 A beautiful and panoramic run starting at an altitude of 2,500 m a.s.l. It combines sections of the blue and red runs and is over 7 km long. 5 Laghi 85 The trail allows for a calm and long downhill and provides safe conditions for practicing. Grotte 79 The run goes through the canyon and connects the lower stations of Grosté and Spinale. Perfect for beginners to gain confidence.

Spinale Diretta 73 The red trail runs from Monte Spinale to the very center of the town. It is approx. 3.5 km long. FIS 3 Tre 88 93 This is a fairly difficult run, but at the same time, it is very wide. It is recommended for experienced skiers with a flair for sports. Every year it hosts the World Cup night competition (trail 93) in the men’s special slalom. Spinale Direttissima 70 The “Schumacher” trail requires courage and technique.. The slope reaches up to 70% in some places! 3 km long toboggan run from the Spinale upper station. Great fun for everyone! * Open when snow conditions are favorable.

It’s easy with our skipass! Being a skipass holder you are guaranteed unlimited use of the Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo, Folgarida-Marilleva, and Pejo ski lifts. Note! If you do not ski, you will also receive a skipass allowing you to take the cable car up into the higher parts of the mountains at any time, order a hot coffee and relax as you watch the beautiful panorama of the Dolomites!

When checking in at the hotel, you will receive a special voucher from your supervisor, which you can exchange for a skipass at the ticket office of any lift. Keep the following in mind: ➜ Pack into your car equipment that will help you safely drive on snowy alpine roads, as well as ensure that the long travel will not be too tiring. ➜ When passing through the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Austria, you need to pay fees in the form of vignettes, available at gas stations at the borders of the countries, and in Poland – through PZMot. ➜ If you drive to Madonna di Campiglio via the A13/A23 route from Innsbruck towards Italy, you will encounter the Brenner Pass, the crossing of which is associated with an additional fee.

LAB Skiers completing the adventure on the long, seven-kilometer trails from Grosté go straight to the LAB after unfastening their skis. LAGHETTO The location is one of the many advantages of Laghetto, which is situated very close to the lower station of the ski lift allowing you to get to the very top of Monte Spinale. The name is not accidental: “laghetto” means “pond” and refers to the picturesque lake located right next to the restaurant itself, which makes the place even more special and unique.

A dance party will take place there to the sounds of the greatest hits played by a Polish DJ!

The three mountain locations we have chosen will also be suitable for those who do not ski but want to have an espresso or a hot meal in the beautiful scenery of the Dolomites.
SPINALE, BOCH, PATASCOSS
Rifugio Boch
(access by gondola lift from Cabinovia Groste lower station) The refuge is located at 2,000 m a.s.l., below the Passo Grosté pass, on a scenic seven-kilometer ski trail that connects sections of the blue and red runs. The first thing that invites you to visit it is the splendid terrace, which offers a view of the monumental Dolomites on one side and of the valley of Madonna di Campiglio on the other. The menu features not only local specialties, but also Mediterranean dishes!
Chalet Spinale
(access by gondola lift from the Cabinovia Spinale lower station) Visiting this place is a must for those who make it to the Monte Spinale. Due to the altitude (2,100 m a.s.l.), it can be chilly and windy there, but... that’s not a problem: the refuge’s wide glass wall allows for admiring the fantastic mountain scenery while sitting inside the building and enjoying the culinary creations of the local chefs. And then a downhill: you can choose between the easier Spinale Diretta trail and the much more difficult Spinale Direttissima, the so-called “Schu36 macher trail”.

Once you have taken it, be sure to stop there for lunch and share your impressions with other companions, indulging in traditional Trento cuisine.

(Viale Dolomiti di Brenta 64) It is worth noting that while most restaurants generally open in the evening, Antico Focolare is open from the early afternoon! This is very important if, instead of skiing on the slopes, you decide to stay in town and suddenly get hungry!

(Via Pradalago 14) If you have always dreamed of eating real Italian pizza, then you should go to Belvedere. Its menu does not, of course, end with this showpiece dish. It is best to see for yourself what fantastic dishes they have to offer!
