Most restaurants listed here are offering special Grab-and-Go options, meal discounts, or are participating in the San Diego Convention Center and East Village Association’s “Show Your Badge & Save Programs.” Here’s how the program works: Attendees simply need to show their badge at the time of purchase to redeem the discount! SDCC’s program is also offered in a coupon format at www.visitsandiego.com/attendees/discounts.cfm You can also visit the East Village Association’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/eastvillagesd to view the most current information and offers. In addition, this symbol points out programs that are suitable for kids of all ages, especially those in the younger crowd. For more information about the programming schedule, including synopses of all the panels, turn to page 12 in the Events Guide, for a panel-by-panel rundown.
INTRODUCING THE LYCEUM THEATRE! New for 2013, Comic-Con International adds the Lyceum Theatre, located in Horton Plaza, as a satellite programming room. The Lyceum offers special panel presentations not seen onsite at the Convention Center in a small, intimate, theater-like atmosphere. Each panel is ticketed with extremely limited seating. There is no extra charge for these tickets. See the Fri. and Sat. programming grids for panel info, and the article in the Events Guide on page 4 for information on how to get tickets. For a totally different panel experience, visit the Lyceum! See the map on page 3 of this publication for the location of the Lyceum Theatre. Look for the blue tile obelisk behind Horton Plaza, opposite the CVS, Starbucks and Jamba Juice stores.
