SERENADE + THE RITE OF SPRING Jiang Qi, director Mark Gibson, conductor CCM Dance and the CCM Philharmonia present two ballets set to music by two master composers. The first original ballet created by George Balanchine in America, Serenade is set to romantic music by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, who also composed Swan Lake, The Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty. Set to music by Igor Stravinsky, The Rite of Spring was one of the first examples of modern music and dance when the ballet first premiered in Paris in 1913. FEAST OF CAROLS FEAST OF CAROLS is a festive holiday concert featuring CCM choral ensembles and outstanding guest choirs from Walnut Hills, Little Miami, St. Xavier and Milford high schools. Performances are at 2 and 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 and Sunday, Dec. 8 in Corbett Auditorium. Subscribers can pre-order tickets for $25.50 (Section A) and $21.50 (Section B) each. PARKING

CCM subscribers can order prepaid parking for just $8 each event. Parking is available in the CCM Garage (located at the base of Corry Boulevard off Jefferson Avenue) and additional garages throughout the UC campus. Please visit uc.edu/parking for information on parking rates. Additional parking is available off-campus at the U Square complex on Calhoun Street and other neighboring lots.
