The Daytona Injector Assembly is the only true independent, dual-cycle vacuum pressure system in the industry. This process ensures maximum vacuum pressure (over 22 inches at sea level) with no extra parts, hoses or messy processes. Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s three-point mounting system and powerful suction cup ensure level and secure mounting on virtually any visible space on the windshield.

The Sprint System features the original Power-Vac injector assembly design, with industry-leading vacuum at a economical price. Our newest formulation in the Glass Mechanix resin family, the Red Line resin is designed to help hide the refraction and reflection that happens when sunlight hits glass damage.

The Glass Mechanix Pit Fill resin is ideal during the finishing process of repair. It is specifically designed to fill large voids in the glass surface. Pit Fill also acts as a UV inhibitor in order to protect cured resins inside a repaired rock chip from premature degradation. Glass Mechanix Pit Fill is also designed to accept Glass Mechanix polishing agents for optimal visual clarity.

The Glass Mechanix pit polish is an excellent way to improve the optical clarity of all cured and smoothed repairs. It can be used with both a polishing cork or with a rotary drill polishing accessory.

Pro Line resin is the most widely used and versitile in the Glass Mechanix resin family. Optically clear and very thin, it quickly and easily fills even the tightest areas in every break. Our Pro Line resin contains less acrylic acid than most resin, and is the thinnes viscosity resin Glass Mechanix carries.

The viscosity and chemical makeup of this resin was developed to address the unique characteristics of star breaks and other damage with areas of tight access. Star breaks usually have several tight legs expanding from the impact point.

Glass Mechanix offers a unique formulation of resin with properties ideal for crack repair. This special formulation has resulted in accolades within the repair industry for many years. Crack seal resin is the thickest viscosity resin offered by Glass Mechanix.

Glass Mechanix Thick resin is similar to the qualities and characteristics of Crack Seal resin. Thick resin is more widely used as a flexible appication for both crack repair as well as traditional rock chips requiring a thick viscosity.

Sprint base seals are design to be versitile enough to accept a wide range of surfaces and pressures required for windshield repair. As with all Glass Mechanix seals, the Sprint injector base seals use carefully selected materials in a time-tested design. Sprint injector base seals also fit Power-Vac systems.

Sprint injector seals use only the highest quality, absorbtion-resistant materials. Sprint injector piston seals also fit Power-Vac injectors.

Glass Mechanix uses only the best materials ideal for creating optimal vacuum inside the Rally injector chamber. The Universal Rally Piston Seal will also fit the Crack Mender System.

The special formula Glass Mechanix universal lubricant is recommended in light applications for preparing Glass Mechanix seals to slide easily inside the injector body. It is also extremely useful in many other applications, such as a prep for suction cups prior to windshield application.

Glass Mechanix sells razor blades in bulk at an affordable price so that using a new and sharp razor for cleanup is never an issue.

SUPPLIES UNIVERSAL DAYTONA/RALLY BASE SEALS (QTY 10)

The Daytona Universal Outer Seal is designed using a proprietary material that enables greater surface pressure during the mounting process, while also increasing contact surface area. It is ideal for agressive rock chip repairs. Specifically, the Daytona Universal Outer Seal features a firm but flexible material, characterized by its off-white color. As with all Glass Mechanix seals, the Daytona Universal outer seals use carefully selected materials in a timetested design.

Daytona base seals are design to be versitile enough to accept a wide range of surfaces and pressures required for windshield repair. Specifically, the Daytona outer seal features a firm, glide-able material, characterized by its bright-white color. As with all Glass Mechanix seals, the Daytona injector base seals use carefully selected materials in a time-tested design.

The proprietary Daytona injector upper seal is part of what makes the Daytona outperform any other injector in the industry. It is designed to allow only uni-directional air flow, which enables the pressure cycle of the repair process to occur without reversing the vacuum already created.
