Corporate TRAINING

New this year! The Power of Whole Brain® Thinking and Using Your HBDI Results Results from businesses using the Whole Brain® Thinking system (Herrmann International research) show this tool can: • Help you discover how your employees think and process information. • Help you use that knowledge to tailor your communication, development plans, job assignments, team roles, and more. • Help you apply that knowledge to your growth strategy, problem-solving framework, decision-making criteria, and company mission. Get your organization started with a valid, reliable assessment followed by training on how to best use your team’s HBDI results.

Discovering and Increasing Your Emotional Intelligence When Emotional Intelligence first appeared to the masses in 1995, it served as the missing link in a peculiar finding: people with average IQs outperform those with the highest IQs 70 percent of the time. Decades of research now point to emotional intelligence as the critical factor that sets star performers apart from the rest of the pack (TalentSmart, 2011).
