A local institution for more than 35 years now, more recently the restaurant has been exploring uncharted, exiting new territory. Chef Patrick Kessler rules the kitchen and devises delicious menus. Food and Beverage Manager Emanuel Rocha coordinates the whole front-of-house experience. Together, they form an ironclad team!
