Pak PM seeks US intervention on Kashmir issue

London, October 20:

Ignoring its impact on Indo-Pak relations the Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has sought US intervention to resolve the Kashmir issue which he says is the main bone of contention between the two countries. Nawaz Sharief who is on a three day visit to US is scheduled to meet US President Barak Obama and seek his intervention in addressing the Kashmir issue. While talking to media Nawaz Sharief said that even if India is annoyed on raising Kashmir issue he believes that mediation by US can help in solving this long pending issue due to which two countries have always had strained relations. The Pak Prime Minister said that during his US visit in July 1999 at the time of the Kargil conflict he had clearly told then US president Bill Clinton that if the US

intervened the Kashmir issue could be resolved. "I told him if he spends 10 per cent of the time he was spending on the Middle East, the Kashmir issue between the two countries would be resolved," Sharif said during a stop-over in London on Saturday while on his way to Washington. Sharif said that Clinton promised to look into it but then things changed. He said India and Pakistan were both nuclear powers and the region was a nuclear flashpoint. Sharif added that though India did not want such intervention, world powers should get involved to resolve the issue. He said for the last 60 years both the countries were entangled in an arms race. "The situation can become dangerous. India has nuclear bomb, so do we. India develops missiles, so do we. There should be a limit to it.

India will not accept any intervention: Khurshid

New Delhi: Objecting sharply on Pakistan's demand of US intervention in resolving the Kashmir issue between India and Pakistan, External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid on Sunday said it's a waste of time discussing on this issue. During an interview to a TV news channel, Khurshid said, "Kashmir is a part of India, It's a waste of time to question it." Responding on Pak's hint at seeking US intervention on Kashmir issue, the External Affairs Minister said, "India will not accept any intervention." Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif who is on a three-day official visit to Washington where he is scheduled to meet US President Barack Obama, said that during his US visit in July 1999 at the time of the Kargil conflict he had clearly told then US president Bill Clinton that if the US intervened the Kashmir issue could be resolved. "I told him if he spends 10 percent of the time he was spending on the Middle East, the Kashmir issue between the two countries would be resolved," Sharif said during a stop-over in London on Saturday while on his way to Washington. Mufti concerned over border skirmishes “Maintain spirit of ceasefire’

Srinagar, October 20: Expressing serious concern over growing incidents of violation of ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC), Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) patron, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed today said skirmishes on border was result of the failure of both India and Pakistan governments to take peace process to the logical conclusion. He, however, said that instead of reacting in knee jerk manner India and Pakistan should maintain spirit of the cease fire because escalation of hostility is not in the interests of people of both the countries. According to a statement issued to KNS, Mufti has said: “The situation necessitate that instead of indulge into provocative utterance both the countries should continue this process of dialogue to prevent another era of turmoil in this sub-continent.”

While addressing a meeting of the district committee of PDP Kulgam, he recalled how residents of Jammu and Kashmir had faced worst situation during hostility between India and Pakistan before an-

nouncement of cease-fire on the borders in the year 2003. “Common people, particularly those living in the border areas, have been facing the brunt of shelling on the borders and have been frequently uprooted from their hearths and homes”, he said and added that recent skirmishes on the borders have inflicted more severe

physical and psychological injuries to the border inhabitants because cease fire announced in 2003 was longest sustaining ceasefire and people have started living peaceful permanent settled lives on the borders,” reads the PDP statement issued to KNS. While cautioning against dangerous consequences of any escalation of confrontation, he reminded that it was during the NDA regime that a composite dialogue process was started which ultimately led to peace on the borders. “When the then Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee had extended hand of friendship towards Pakistani during historic rally at Srinagar on April 18, 2003, tension was high on the borders and there was an eye ball to eye situation,” he recalled adding that PDP through its propeace policies convinced both the neighbouring countries to break the See Mufti on Pg. 7

ice and take some Confidence Building Measures (CBMs) for restoration of peace in this region. Unfortunate many quarters observed that ceasefire announced on the borders in the year 2003 was end of the problem so no further follow-up action was taken to restore lasting peace in this region”, he observed and added that both the governments have failed to initiate new CBMs to the take the peace process to the logical conclusion. Prevailing situation on the borders is result of the failure of both the government to carry forward the pro-peace initiatives which was taken during the PDP led regime,” he said. Again cautioning leadership of both the countries against indulged into blame games, he said there was a need to carry forward the peace initiatives and to expand the process of cross-LoC cooperation and trade in Jammu and Kashmir that would help to create a new space for reconciliation in the region. “Indo-Pak cooperation is the key to resolve the region's problems” he said and called upon the civil society in both the countries to respond to the emerging challenging situation so that the peace process should be taken to the logical end. District president of PDP Kulgam Nazir Ahmed Lavey also spoke on the occasion.

Congress.........

be to soothe the blighted hearts of the people of my land.” Reports further mention that the people who today joined congress were carried by the large number of people to the party headquarters here. “I was taken by thousands of people from Nishat to Congress headquarters at M.A.road and people are optimistic that we could take the state to the new horizons of development and tranquility,” said Renzu. Pertinently, in the recent past the list of the ‘Prominent Citizens’ joining congress met with the controversy when Farooq Abdullah’s political secretary Aslam Goni refuted the reports of joining congress. Although he later declared the he was contacted by Soz and that he has decided to join the party.

Goni..........

Kamal recently alleged that Aslam Goni is ‘wholly and solely’ responsible for the ‘funds scam’ in JKCA. Kamal had further accused Goni of saving his skin by joining congress. Goni while reacting over the statement questioned that why kamal was silent over the issue till now. “Why he wasn’t reacting at all till now if he knew that I am responsible for the fraud,” said Goni. He further added that being the president of the association he has not signed a single cheque . “It is being investigated by the police and I have given the statement in this regard.” Goni further mentioned that he did not know anything about the scam till it got unearthed. Refuting Kamal’s allegation that he requested NC patron Farooq Abdullah to save him from JKCA and that when he refused, he joined the congress camp,Goni said that Kamal is famous for his bizarre statements. “Farooq sb pehle khud ko bachaee (Let Farooq sb save himself first).” He further mentioned that he doesn’t want to reveal the full story now. Goni, whose name recently surfaced in the new entrants of Congress, said that he will very soon make the documents public about the JKCA ‘money scam’ so that people could themselves understand who the real culprit is.

The senior police officer while pleading for anonymity said that the police several times have taken into custody the boys who were seen performing stunts on roads. He further stated that police requested their families not to let their wards to do such things. “We have done these things many times but we cannot keep vigil all the time.” He added that whenever police party make rounds in the area, the bikers disappear but immediately regroup after police leaves the spot. The police official requested the masses to report immediately to police if they see any youth performing stunts or driving carelessly on the roadside. “I request people to just dial 100, the number of Police control room (PCR) and give location and vehicle number of the bike, we will take action,” assures the police officer.

Commercially suspended Hotels doing normal business in Pahalgam Anantnag, October 20: It has come to fore that 80 hotels and restaurants whose commercial operations were suspended by Pahalgam Development Authority (PDA) in hill resort Pahalgam are functioning normally. PDA had issued two lists mentioning the names at least 80 hotels and restaurants which were suspended by PDA after they failed to get requisite clearance from the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB). Some of the hotels included Hotel Grand Mumtaz, Heaven, Pine and Peak, Mount View, Pine Spring, Volga, Netraj, Hiltop, Wood Stock and Hotel Hill Park. However, sources told CNS that all these hotels and restaurants are doing their backdoor business as usual while guests could be seen checking in an out on daily basis. When CNS contacted the General Manager of one of the sealed hotels disguising as travel agent, the GM assured us that three rooms would be made available for the guests. When asked, how you could manage this when your hotel has been sealed by PDA, the

General Manager (name withheld) replied that the back door of the hotel is open for the guests and all the hotels in Hill Resort are following the same route. One of the locals Abdul Samad told CNS that they had hoped with the sealing of these commercial establishments including hotels and restaurants, the pristine glory of Nallah Lidder would get restored, but the way these hotel owners have started functioning despite being sealed by PDA on the directions of High Court does not change anything on ground. Another local said that everything is happening under the nose of PDA. “Do you think PDA is unaware of this development that all these sealed hotels are functioning normally? PDA knows everything as they get their own share from the business,” he said. When contacted Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Pahalgam Development Authority (PDA), Reyaz Ahmad admitted this fact and said that they are also receiving the complaints from the people that some of these hotels are indulging in backdoor business.

he statement of Pak Premier Mr. Nawaz Sharief on the eve of his US visit reiterating that he will take up the matter of sovereignty of Pakistan with US President as he think that it is endangered because of continuing drone attacks launched by US forces on Taliban and other subversive organisations. Though Pakistan has protested several times during past also and even blocked the supply route used by allied forces through Pakistan, but these protests and actions never yielded any results. US forces continuously carried on drone attacks in which even innocent people lost their lives. The US forces advancing the argument in favour of these attacks pinpoint towards the vast area used by Afghan rebels and Pakistan Taliban for launching attacks on them. If one goes deep in the whole situation it becomes crystal clear that Pakistan itself is responsible for these drone attacks. In the initial stage, the country allowed Taliban and other anti allied militant organisations to use its territory without any hurdle and subsequently these forces now have become a problem for Pakistan itself internally and externally. At the same time, it is unfortunate that USA has become a self styled protector of peace in the world and has become habitual of interfering wherever its interests are hampered in one way or the other. It uses one policy in Iraq, another in Syria and quite different in Palestine. The Pakistan premier should understand the overall situation emerging out of the increasing violence in Pakistan and its neighbouring country Afghanistan. Instead of making a hue and cry and raising of the matter with US where it will get no positive response, it should take concrete steps to establish peace within Pakistan so that US forces do not get opportunity to repeat drone attacks. A peaceful and strong Pakistan will be beneficial not only for itself but for its neighbours including Afghanistan and India and of course for the whole world community. A strong Pakistan also mean that its voice will be heard in the international arena with a lot of weightage. For a stable Pakistan it is necessary for it to have cordial and friendly relation with its neighbours so that its interests are protected and its integrity and sovereignty is respected. Pakistan in the present situation cannot afford to have strained relation in its neighbourhood which ultimately will have negative effects on its own economic health as that country will have to spend a lot of its resources on unproductive things for its security. It is an old saying that for being safer, it is imperative to have safest surroundings. It will be in the fitness of the things if Pakistan understands the need of the hour and initiate required steps for becoming a safer, secure, peaceful and a welfare state.

The Department of Posts

ne of the most enduring symbols of India as a nation is the post man who makes his daily round, come rain or shine. The famous Malayalam humour writer Gopalakrishnan, who had a long and meritorious service in the Railways, as well as Kerala’s former Chief Election Officer T N Jayachandran have written that the first person they befriend on being transferred to a new place is the post man! Such is the friendliness and charm of the postal service – one of the most people friendly and accessible of the Government services. For more than 150 years, the Department of Posts (DoP) has been the backbone of the country’s communication and has played a crucial role in the country’s socio-economic development. It touches the lives of Indian citizens in many ways: delivering mails, accepting deposits under Small Savings Schemes, providing life insurance cover under Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) and providing retail services like bill collection, sale of forms, etc. The Department of Posts also acts as an agent for Government of India in discharging other services for citizens such as wages disbursement of the unique Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) as well as various old age pension payments. The Mission Statement of the Postal department says explicitly that the department will maintain its iconic status as a unique and trusted national institution by always providing the human touch in all our interactions with society, being responsive and reliable, demonstrating the highest order of integrity, honesty, transparency and professionalism and discharging our responsibilities towards the society in an environment of deep trust, mutual respect and a culture of service before self. The latest figures say that there are 1,55, 515 post offices in the country. Of this 1,39,040 (89.78 percent) are in rural areas

and 15,826 (10.22 percent) are in urban areas. This figure includes 25,464 departmental post offices and 1,29,402 extra-departmental branch post offices. At the time of Independence, there were 23,344 post offices. Moreover, these post offices were mainly in urban areas. The figures show that the network has increased by six times after Independence, with the focus primarily on rural areas. On an average, a post office serves an area of 21.23 square kilometres (8.20 sq mi) and a population of 7,114. This could well make the Indian Postal System the most widely distributed postal system in the World. Because of this mind boggling reach and the ubiquitous presence in remote areas, the Indian postal service is close to people and the people are close to the postal services! As far as available records show, by 1861, there were 889 post offices in India. The system was handling nearly 43 million letters and over 4.5 million newspapers annually. It has to be remembered that the administration was taken over by the British government from the East India Company in 1858. The establishment of the modern postal system in India can be traced back to the second half of the 18th century. For the facility of prepayment of postage on letters, 'Copper Tickets' , pre-paid token stamps in 2 anna value were introduced from Patna in 1774 by the East India Company during the period of Warren Hastings, the then Governor General of India. The postal system, established by Lord Clive in the year 1766, was further developed by Warren Hastings by establishing the Calcutta G.P.O. under a Postmaster General in the year 1774. Postal Service was open to the public for the first time. The first superintendent of the post office was appointed in 1870 and he was based in Allahabad. At present, the Department of Posts comes under the Ministry of

Communications and Information Technology. The Postal Service Board, the apex management body of the Department, comprises the Chairman and six Members. The Joint Secretary and Financial Advisor to the Department is a permanent invitee to the Board. The Board is assisted by a senior staff officer of the Directorate as Secretary to the Board. Deputy Directors General, Directors and Assistant Directors General provide the necessary functional support for the Board at the Headquarters. The world's first official airmail flight took place in India on 18 February 1911, a journey of 18 kilometres (11 mi) lasting 27 minutes. Henri Piquet, a French pilot, carried about 15 kilograms of mail (approximately 6,000 letters and cards) across the river Ganga from Allahabad to Naini. The mail thus carries is said to have included a letter addressed to King George the Fifth. The first floating post office was inaugurated in August 2011 at Dal Lake in Srinagar, Kashmir. The first adhesive postage stamps in Asia were issued in the Indian district of Scinde in July 1852 by the then chief commissioner of the region. The Scinde stamps became known as Scinde Dawks", dawk being the English spelling of the Hindi word Dak or (post). These stamps, with a value of 1⁄2anna, were in use until June 1866. The first all-India stamps were issued on 1 October 1854. At present, the postal department is under the process of finalizing its IT enablement project. Trends such as urbanisation, increased demand for financial services, increased funding by the government for the weaker sections and the rural sector, have opened up new opportunities for the Department of Posts. This has made necessary the development of new processes and supporting technology. The department is also faced with twin challenges of increasing competition and continuing advances in communication technology, especially in mobile telephony and the Internet. In order to provide the best-in-class customer

service, deliver new services and improve operational efficiencies, the Department of Posts has undertaken an end to end IT Modernization project to equip itself with requisite modern tools and technologies. The project, intends to achieve wider reach to the Indian populace through more customer interaction channels, better customer service, growth through new lines of business and enhanced IT enablement of business processes. The postal identity card is a service offered by the postal department under clause 63 of the postal guide. The card is basically meant for the benefit of tourists, traveling representatives of firms and other members of the public who experience difficulty in establishing their identity in connection with postal transactions, e.g., receipt of registered and insured articles and payment of money orders in the post town through which they pass. These cards will be obtainable at any head post office by literate persons whose identity is well established in the locality in which they reside or who can be vouched for by substantial permanent residents known to the postmaster. The card will contain a full description of its holder, his signature and photograph and will be current for a period of three years from the date of issue. After the expiry of the period of validity of the card, a fresh card will have to be applied for. The use of these cards is entirely optional. Holders will ordinarily receive delivery of postal articles and payment of money orders on their presentation but in cases of doubt it will be open to postmasters to make such further enquiry as they may consider necessary to establish the identity of the applicants. The cost of application for the card is Rs 20 and the card itself will cost Rs 250. In order to make the cards more attractive, they are being issued in the form of plastic cards like smart cards incorporating information like date of birth, telephone/mobile number and blood group in addition to the address of the person.

EGG: Nature’s Oval Shaped Nutrition Storehouse

T

he Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations recently brushed a very gloomy picture by stating that around one billion people across the globe are at present underfed or undernourished. The picture gets more dismal as it is expected that this figure is expected to jump as the global population is going to increase to 9.1 billion people by 2050. This is not merely a statistics. This is a matter of utter serious concern. But an oval-shaped tiny eatable, according to nutritionists worldwide, is believed to be able to solve the pressing issue of undernourishment by feeding people around the world. Touted as nature’s large vitamin pill by nutritionists, eggs contain many of the essential vitamins and minerals required for a sound diet. Considered to be a storehouse of nutrition, an egg has significant amount of vitamins, minerals and protein, and yet it contains only 70 calories. An egg contains the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, and E. While vitamin A is necessary for the healthy development of cells, maintenance of healthy skin, vision and immune functions, vitamin D is necessary for development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, and of a sound immune and nervous system. Eggs also contain vitamin E, which is necessary for a sound reproductive system. Egg yolks are one of the few foods naturally containing vitamin D. An egg is an excellent source of vitamin B1, B2, B5, B12. Vitamin B2 in eggs supports healthy skin and eyes, while vitamin B12 is vital for the formation of red blood cells in the body, apart from being supportive in the normal functioning of the brain and the nervous system. Eggs are also a rich source of vitamin B5, which aids the synthesis of amino acids and fatty acids among others.

It is important to know that the nutritional value of an egg is divided between its white portion and the yolk. The white contains more than half its total protein, niacin, riboflavin, chlorine, magnesium, potas-

Unfair to axe a player on basis of one-two performances: MS Dhoni

Dhoni defended his decision to entrust struggling pacer Ishant Sharma to bowl the 48th over, which yielded 30 runs to hand the third ODI to Australia from a winning position. Despite some dismal performances by a few players, India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni on Sunday came out strongly in their support, saying that frequent changes might hamper the team in the long run. “It will be unfair that all of a sudden when you lose one or two matches and you want playing eleven bowler to be removed and thrown out of the team by saying he is not good,” said Dhoni at the post-match press conference here last night. “It’s very important to persist with them, to give them experience because they are the part of the side. They are the most talented people and let’s back them,” he added. Dhoni defended his decision to entrust struggling pacer Ishant Sharma to bowl the 48th over,

Sumit, Vikash in pre-quarters of World Boxing Championships Agencies Olympian Sumit Sangwan (81kg) and Vikash Malik (60kg) fought through tough contests to enter the pre-quarterfinals of the World Boxing Championships in Almaty on Sunday. While Sumit stunned ninth seed Petru Ciobanu of Moldova 2-1, Vikash got the better of Poland’s Dawid Michelus by the similar margin. Vikash opened the day for India and registered a hard-fought win over Michelus. Michelus won the opening round unanimously but the Indian came back strongly to clinch the second. In the intensely-contested final three minutes, Michelus began to lose the plot and ended up getting warned for head-butting and evasive tactics. That tilted the scales in Vikash’s favour, handing him the victory.“It was a close bout no doubt but Vikash played aggressively and this win will definitely boost his morale. In the third round, Michelus was cautioned several times for his tactics but when he didn’t relent then

Successful tennis pair Rohan Bopanna and Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi will join hands once again from the 2014 season. The pair, known as the Indo-Pak Express, last played together in the ATP World Tour Final in 2011 London and have decided to pair up for a second stint with the aim of repeating and furthering their past exploits. The duo split after the Tour finals when Bopanna decided to partner Mahesh Bhupathi for the 2012 London Olympics. “It’s always a delight to partner with an old friend and specially someone with whom I have a great understanding with, on and off the court. I’ve always felt that we have a complementary playing style and the experience that we have playing with each other is an added advantage,” Bopanna said. The Indian has had

quite an eventful 2013, reaching a career high of third in the ATP rankings in July post his successful

for the ATP World Tour Final as they broke into the top 10. The pair won their first ATP doubles title at

stint at Wimbledon, making a semifinal appearance for the first time. He is also currently ranked fifth in the world. The Indo-Pak duo enjoyed a fantastic run. First partnering in 2007, they reached the 2010 US Open final, won the 2011 Paris Masters and also qualified

the 2011 Johannesburg Open. The duo were also awarded the Arthur Ashe Humanitarian of the Year Award for their ‘Stop War Start Tennis’ campaign and were nominated as ‘Champions for Peace’ by Monaco-based Peace and Sport.

NEW DELHI: Kolkata Knight Riders pacer Pradeep Sangwan was on Saturday slapped with an 18-month ban from cricket after being found guilty of consuming a banned anabolic steroid by the BCCI’s anti-doping tribunal. The ban on the 23-year-old Delhi cricketer has been imposed with retrospective effect from May this year when the IPL took place. “The anti-doping case initiated against the Player Pradeep Sangwan by the BCCI before the Anti-Doping Tribunal constituted under the BCCI Anti-Doping Code, was concluded on 1st October 2013, and the written Decision issued by the Anti-Doping Tribunal was received on 18th October 2013,” the BCCI said in a statement. “The tribunal has found that the Player has committed an Anti-Doping Violation under Article 2.1 of the Code for the presence of the Prohibited Substance Stanozolol, an Anabolic Steroid,” it added.

gone for runs. “If you compare bowlers of the two sides and you feel they (Australians) are better and quick, even they have gone for runs,” the skipper pointed out. Dhoni made it clear that with regard to the team selection he will speak only to the selectors and not at a press conference. The 32-year-old Dhoni said that the new bowlers waiting in the wings can wait a bit longer. “It is often seen that once somebody goes out of the side, tendency is that he is forgotten and people talk about the new bowler. I always feel that people who are in the side should be given the rope, doesn’t matter if he is a bowler or a batsman. Once he goes out of the side, the new guy who comes in you again, the principle should be applied.“Otherwise if you start having (demanding) ‘yeah hona chaiyee who hona chahiye, phir mushkil ho jaata hain’ (there is a clamour this should be done or that should be done and later on it becomes difficult). I think this is one principle that works the best for all the players,” he explained.

Bopanna-Qureshi to reunite in 2014

The tribunal heard him out on October 1 during which he claimed that he consumed the steroid accidentally when his gym instructor offered it to him as a remedy for fat reduction. Sangwan is only the second cricketer in the

history of IPL after Pakistani speedster Mohammed Asif to have been found guilty of consuming banned drugs. “The Tribunal has declared the player ineligible for a period of 18 months, commencing on 6 May 2013 and expiring at midnight on 5 November 2014, from participating in any capacity in any event or activity (other than authorised anti-doping education or rehabilitation programmes) or competition authorised, organised or sanctioned by the BCCI or any of the other bodies referred to in Article 10.10.1 of the Rules,” the BCCI statement read. Sangwan, who played a stellar role in India’s victorious U-19 World Cup campaign back in 2008 represented Kolkata Knight Riders during the last two editions of the IPL. He has taken 123 wickets in 38 first-class matches. Sangwan, who hails from Najafgarh, played two matches in the IPL against Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad. He could not get a single wicket during the two games.

Pakistan cricket captain Misbah defies age and odds Agencies Dubai — Last month Misbah-ul Haq was facing calls to be sacked as captain after Pakistan suffered embarrasing defeats in a one-day and Test series against minnows Zimbabwe. That came on the back of Pakistan's 3-0 humiliation at the hands of the number one ranked Test team South Africa and then a first round exit from the Champions Trophy in England added fuel to the fire.Former players and fans were gunning for Misbah's head, often criticised for a defensive approach -- both in batting and captaincy. But Thursday's seven-wicket win over South Africa completed his three-years at the helm in style as the 39-year-old proved he still is the best man to lead Pakistan. He is fitter than most of his younger team-mates, and is the leading scorer in one-day (961 in 21 matches)

and of his country in Tests (480 in six) this year. Misbah held together Pakistan's batting in Abu Dhabi, scoring a robust 100 in the first innings and then overcame the early jitters with an imperious 28 to seal a victory. On a personal front too, a three-figure mark was a big relief for Misbah."It's really important," said Misbah."I think there's nothing more special than a 100 for a batsman, so that was really something

special that it was made against the number one team in the world." But despite his excellent form and exemplary fitness, questions are asked: for how long Misbah will continue to lead Pakistan. While retaining Misbah as captain earlier this month, Pakistan Cricket Board's chairman Najam Sethi posed that very question: "why should Misbah be replaced and who is the choice?"But there remains questions as to who will lead Pakistan in the 2015 World Cup?Former Pakistan captain turned commentator Ramiz Raja said Misbah's fitness and form will hold the key."I don't know whether he will survive until the 2015 World Cup or not. It would be tough and his age will always come into question, there will be a lot of pressure but his fitness and performance will be the key," Raja told AFP.Sportsmen have prolonged their careers through commitment.
