3. Minute Taker Victoria volunteers to take the minutes.

4. Approval of the agenda The agenda is approved, Daniel thinks we should also talk about how to attract new members to the committee (see p.11)

5. Live meeting in Paris EGEA Paris has proposed to organise our LM in March. There are three possible weekends for this meeting - 15-17; 22-24; 29-31. We chose to do it in March because tickets would be cheaper and because if we start organizing the meeting in January we have enough time to announce 2 available spots for potential members. Since not many people joined the emeeting, Victoria will send a doodle out with the available options so we can set a date as soon as possible.

6. ActCom Superhero We think about Megamind but in the end we decide on Sheldon Cooper since he is more well known and we would be able to come up with more promotion material with him.

7. Promoting the Events and Exchange manuals Esther thinks that with only a facebook post we would not reach many people. The reps will send an e-mail to the regional teams.

8. Infographic checklist for events and exchanges We are looking for someone to make a poster of the checklist available in the manuals. It should be something. Evi might do it but possibly not before the end of this year. Daniel suggests that we can ask if Monika is interested.

9. FB post about protocol change The protocol change is still not very clear so we get emails from CPs asking questions about it or sending us wrong participants lists. We should wait until the protocol is finalized before we can answer any questions. Evi thinks we should make some promotion for the protocol change (like a graph with clear instructions that explains it). Daniel volunteers to make a schema.

10. OSM Topics Evi suggests that we can make diagrams with different elements from workshops and say what got a positive and what got a negative feedback. We could add constructive comments for the workshop leaders (like do’s and don’ts). This will be something we will do in the evaluation guidelines project.

11. Missed Topics Daniel suggested we talk about how to attract more members.

Esther and I got some advise from an EGEA Alumni while in Berlin who suggested we should try and attract former congress organisers. That way they would be able to participate in the evaluation of their own event and gain more experience.

Evi thinks that we can even find someone from the current congress organisers who is less busy and would like to contribute to the Evaluation Guidelines so they can add some questions they think are important and get more desired feedback.

Esther thinks we should find someone from ActCom who is going to Sylvester Symposium to promote the committee.

12. Closing The meeting officially closed at 20:55 CET.
