St. James’ Volleyball WINS! St. James’ has finally won a volleyball tournament against CEE, Center of Early Education. It has been16 years since we last beat CEE in volleyball. We smashed and crushed them. The score was 8 to 2; St. James’ had 8 and CEE had 2. We have to thank the 6th grade and of course Mr. DiPasquale and Mrs. Brown. Without them we wouldn’t have won and we wouldn’t be doing volleyball tournament against CEE. To celebrate, Spencer Geller’s mom brought cupcakes from Crumbs Cupcakes. All of the 5th grade were jealous and said,” We are going to get cupcakes next year!” Everyone has worked really hard to win the volleyball tournament.
Movie Review by Holly Fouche
Puss meets another cat while trying to steal magic beans. While Puss was chasing the cat he found out the cat was working with his younger brother ( his arch enemy). Puss finally agrees to work with the cat and his brother to steal the magic beans from Jack and Jill. After they worked together to steal the beans, they climb up a beanstalk the beans have made to go on a adventure to find the golden goose and steal her eggs. They wanted the golden eggs to sell them to people and make a fortune. This is an action packed movie with adventure and VERY funny things. Come see this movie!
