About the facilitator


Vasco Gaspar believes that a "new world" is possible in organizations. A world where wise and compassionate leaders are really able to "lead from the future as it emerges" as well as to inspire people to flourish into their highest potential, igniting a real evolution in teams and organizations. During one year (2014) he was trained by SIYLI (Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute) with some of the world greatest specialists in the fields of Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence and Neurociences, like Daniel J. Siegel, Chade-Meng Tan, Marc Lesser, Rick Hanson, Pamela Weiss, Mark Coleman, Shauna Shapiro, Norman Fischer, among others, to become one of the first persons in the world certified to facilitate Search Inside Yourself, a Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Program, based on Mindfulness and Neurosciences, that was developed and tested at GOOGLE to increase organizational performance and wellbeing, as well as to enhance the conditions for world peace, by inspiring leaders worldwide to become more wise and compassionate. After the certification he was invited to become one of the 10 mentors for the 2015 teacher training world class.
