Global Mission Sunday Have you ever been on a mission trip—through Zion, as a youth, on a trip with another church, or through another Christian organization? The Global Missions Committee would like to recognize all those who have served on any mission trip. Pick up a sticker at the door next Sunday that says, “Ask me about my mission trip” and wear it throughout the morning. We would like to recognize you during the service and encourage you to stay for coffee to visit with others about your experiences. Blue Mountain Jamaican coffee will be served during coffee fellowship, given by Kim & Denny Gleason who were on the Mission Jamaica 2014 team.

Church Directories are Here! The Zion Church Directories have arrived. Each family who had their picture taken for the directory will receive a complimentary copy. If you were unable to have your picture taken or would like an extra one, directories are available for a $10 donation.

Changes in Confirmation Zion is excited to announce that beginning in September 2014, confirmation will “re:form” to a three year program! This means that confirmation will be for 6th, 7th and 8th grade. To help make this transition successful, many volunteers will be needed to assist as confirmation guides, musicians, readers, etc. An Intro to Confirmation will be held on Wednesday, May 28, at 6pm in the Sanctuary. This will be for all students who will be in 6th and 7th grades this fall and their parents. This will also be the first night to register for the fall program and to answer any questions.

Increased giving – Step up for the summer and give it a shot When you increase your giving be watchful, God may find new ways to bless you and your family. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.
