All voting members are requested to attend, and should have received further meeting information by mail. A voting member is defined as confirmed, communing, and contributing. Decorating for Christmas Its time to decorate Zion for the holidays. Help is needed to decorate Christmas trees in the narthex on November 29th @9:00am. You are also welcome to invite anyone interested in helping. Coffee, treats, conversation, and fun. Q: What is the difference between Stewardship and Fundraising? A: Good stewardship raises money but does so in the context of broader and deeper concern about giving as a way of life and not simply a donation to a project. Stewardship: A calling to goodness emanating from a confession of faith and immersion in the church and its traditions. Fundraising: A process of practices and conduct predicated upon a legalistic approach focused on the individual, culminating in a sense of donor choice or donor rights and what the donor is due.
