biography

My name is Troy Zinsmeister, I was born in the city but grew up in the country. My dad instilled core values in me from a very young age that hard work and responsibility will someday get me where I want to go; those beliefs are still rooted deep in my character to this day. Growing up on a ranch, I was naturally curious of the world around me, constructing barns and fences, I quickly became fascinated how things were made and put together. Taking a-part many remote control cars and radios as a kid I would try and combine different motors and cars together. I have a strong passion for sports and outdoor activities; snowboarding and personal fitness being two of my favorites. I am very experimental, passionate, and can be obsessive at times. With all my abilities I have the power to develop and create concepts that yield a lasting relationship between objects and users.

Traditional blenders are designed in a very vertical orientation causing a strain on the users’ hand and wrist.

Young people who live alone for the first time or with a roommate in an apartment that don’t typically own a food processor, or large blender. Hand blenders are small but powerful, and often come with different attachments making it a multi-use kitchen tool and great space saver in the kitchen.

With young professionals fresh out in the real world or still in college money can be a tight issue for many. So we wanted to make it affordable for anyone on a tight budget.

Way Finding

By placing a pigment onto a glass panel, it drys to create a film on the glass surface which then absorbs and transforms the suns rays into clean energy.

An OLED (organic lightemitting diode) is a lightemitting diode (LED) which uses very minimal power.

To ease passengers troubles, a smart touch screen will be incorporated to provide an easy alternative to find what routes to take.

Incorporated on the roof is a hexagonal pattern that provides shade from the back of the shelter and graduates up towards the front of the shelter. The hexagonal pattern also serves as the thin film solar panels that powers the shelter.

The way finding screen well incorporate the OLED not only for very minimal power consumption bvut for security reasons as no one can hide behind it.

The way finding screen well provide bus stop name, current date and time , real time bus information, route numbers with color indicators, bus stops on each route and as well as a full metro map.
