B The B villa type consists of three floors. The ground floor has a spacious living area, semi-separated from the dining and kitchen area, a guest room and a guest toilet. The first floor consists of three bedrooms in which one of them is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a wardrobe. The sitting area in the middle connects and separates at the same time the master bedroom from the two bedrooms, giving more privacy. The two bedrooms on the first floor are with a spacious wardrobe and a shared bathroom.

Education

Public and international private healthcare in Cyprus is of the highest standards and is available to everyone subject to terms and conditions of the Cyprus medical institutions and private healthcare providers.

The Cypriot government wishes to ensure that children from other countries continue their education whilst they are in Cyprus.

Cyprus offers a superior medical system.

EU Citizens permanently residing in Cyprus can apply to the Ministry of Health for a Medical card. This will entitle them to a free or subsidised public healthcare.

To be granted a life-long (permanent) residence permit in Cyprus, the applicant needs to purchase a new property of two new properties from the same developer with a total price of Eur 300,000.00 excluding the VAT.
