On a oil field in the south of Albania, a lonesome old man is waiting for his only daughter to come visit him for the weekend. When she finally arrives, the memories of their shared past bring chaos as they spit out buried truths they never had the courage to tell each other before, just like the industrial tools that pierce deep in the ground to extract the precious black gold… In the meantime, an offer is made to buy the old man’s house which is built on ground rich in even more oil reserves. Yet the lonesome man has no wish to sell his property despite the regrets, nightmares and crimes of the past that linger around every corner.
