A systemic crisis has recently shaken our economic foundations, but apparently we have not seized the opportunity to think deeply about the limitations of current working modes of global markets in an ever changing world. Major imbalances have, for the most part, enormous global impact and its compound effect forces mankind to face together challenges of a size and complexity never seen before. Meanwhile, the company that was an organizational model perfectly suited to the challenges of the industrial revolution, development of global trade and free markets, saw its operating mode normalized by the teaching of management "science" in large business schools. But having never been questioned, this model reveals all its shortcomings today, highlighting the fact that now the classical model of the enterprise is probably obsolete or in the least, needs to be radically altered under a new economic paradigm
