BOOKING CANCELLATION: If we get a written cancellation of a booking at least 30 days before your arrival, we will certainly send you back the deposit, otherwise it will be kept by the hotel.
VERSPÄTETE ANREISE, VORZEITIGE ABREISE: Wenn wir im Falle einer verspäteten Anreise oder einer vorzeitigen Abreise das Zimmer nicht weitervermieten können, werden wir Ihnen 80% des Arrangementpreises in Rechnung stellen.
DELAYED ARRIVAL, EARLIER DEPARTURE: In case of a delayed arrival or a premature departure (if we are not able to give away the room), we have to charge 80% of the arranged price.

PAGAMENTO DEL CONTO: Il conto può essere saldato dalle ore 7.30 fino alle ore 22.00. PASTI NON CONSUMATI: Per i pasti non consumati vengono detratti € 15,00 a persona e giorno (previo avviso in mattinata). SERVIZIO IN CAMERA: È possibile fare colazione in camera. Per il servizio conteggiamo € 5,00 per persona. OGGETTI DI VALORE: Non si assume la responsabilità per gli oggetti di valore dei nostri clienti. Cassaforte disponibile in ogni stanza. Apertura con la propria carta di credito. AMICI A QUATTRO ZAMPE: Si accettano solo cani adulti di taglia piccola (su richiesta) a € 15,00 al giorno, pasti esclusi. Si prega di portare la propria coperta ed il cestino per il Vostro cane. Vi preghiamo di comprendere che gli amici a quattro zampe non hanno accesso alle sale da pranzo e di soggiorno. ABBIGLIAMENTO: Per la cena, in sala da pranzo non sono gradite tute da ginnastica e scarpe da tennis. Per le nostre serate con aperitivo 2 volte alla settimana e per le nostre serate speciali si richiede un abito adatto all’occasione. GARAGE: € 10,00 al giorno.
RECHNUNGSBEGLEICHUNG: Die Rechnung kann von 7.30 bis 22.00 Uhr beglichen werden. NICHT EINGENOMMENE MAHLZEITEN: Für nicht eingenommene Mahlzeiten werden € 15,00 pro Person abgezogen (morgens melden). ZIMMERSERVICE: Es ist möglich das Frühstück im eigenen Zimmer einzunehmen. Für die Dienstleistung werden € 5,00 pro Person berechnet. WERTGEGENSTÄNDE: Es wird keine Haftung für Ihre persönlichen Wertgegenstände übernommen. In jedem Zimmer gibt es einen Safe, der nur mit der eigenen Kreditkarte gesperrt werden kann. FÜR UNSERE VIERBEINER: Es werden nur kleine Hunde auf Anfrage zugelassen wobei € 15,00 pro Tag ohne Mahlzeiten berechnet wird. Wir bitten Sie Ihre eigene Hundedecke und -körbchen mitzubringen. Hunde dürfen das Bett nicht besteigen und der Aufenthalt in den öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten ist nicht erwünscht.

We ask you to observe our rule that 4 legged friends are not allowed to access to the dining room and the lounge. DRESS: For dinner, especially for the aperitives and candle light dinner we have twice a week, we invite our dear guests to appear in the dining room in an appropriate dress. GARAGE: € 10,00 per day.
KLEIDUNG: Wir ersuchen die werten Gäste, beim Abendessen im Speisesaal nicht mit Trainingsanzug und Turnschuhen zu erscheinen. Für unsere Abende mit Aperitif oder Kerzenlichtdinner, zwei Mal wöchentlich, ist im Speisesaal eine etwas elegantere Kleidung erwünscht. GARAGE: € 10,00 pro Tag.
