As an IT manager, my primary focus is project management. I oversee the implementation of various IT initiatives to improve organisational efficiency and support business growth.

What do you do at Zen?

I am the new Warehouse Manager that looks after the day to day operations, which includes – picking customers orders, making sure that the order leaves in a timely manner, receiving stock and putting it away and ensuring that the work place is a safe and friendly environment for the team.

What and how is your team like?

I have a very multicultural and vibrant team, and they are full of beans this bunch. Each to their own, they bring a very positive vibe to the team on a daily basis.

What does your team do and how does it fit into the wider Zen business?

My team is basically the engine of the business, my team drives the whole technological backbone that supports the entire organisation. operations. We do all the picking, the packing, the receivals of goods, and putting the goods away. Making sure that our customers have the satisfaction of our goods.

Q: What is a Zen product you really like/want, that you’ve had your eyes on for a while now?

As an outdoor sports enthusiast, I have my eyes set on the H19R Signature Headlamp with 4000 lumens. It's an excellent tool for exploring the great outdoors and illuminating the darkest of nights. I would also love to surprise my wife, who is an avid cook, with Opinel's professional-quality kitchen knives. I know it would make her day and inspire her to create even more amazing dishes.

Q: What is something that you are looking forward to?

I am most excited about travelling and fishing. I can't wait to explore different cultures and countries while casting a line and catching various species of fish. There's nothing quite like experiencing new sights and sounds while indulging in my favourite past-time.

How would you describe Zen in 3 words?

Friendly, Vibrant and Positive.

Where is your favourite travel spot/ where would you love to visit?

Would love to travel to South Korea and explore their capital city Seoul –shopping, site seeing, trying exotic foods. Would also love to visit the temples and do a few hikes at the national parks.
