Lieutenant Governor's Note Hey Division 50! I know DCON is still a fairly new concept to clubs within our division. However, this would be a great opportunity to start thinking about DCON 2019 and also a good way to get involved. Don’t be afraid to enter the contest and have fun! In Love and Service, Briteny Zhu
