Katharina started her career in the international tax practice of Arthur Andersen (today Ernst & Young) in 2000. As of 2002 she has specialized in the fields of mergers & acquisitions. Since then she expanded her knowledge and expertise in all areas of taxes aspects around the acquisition and disposal of businesses, companies and shares, buy and build strategies, IPO, P2P, management participation, financing and debt allocation, refinancing and restructuring. She has worked for more than 20 private equity houses in multinational transactions. Katharina holds a master of business administration from the University of Bayreuth. Together with her husband she supports Csilla von Boeselager Stiftung Osteuropahilfe e.V. in projects in Serbia.
