You may have noticed that we have made some changes here at ZB Savoy.
The thrill of the needle.
In 2012 I started ZB Savoy with the idea of hand making amazing, stylish men’s accessories right here in Southern California. And I am thrilled to continue doing just that.
From sampling to our custom orders — I feel extremely lucky to have found the making of goods, the cutting of leather, the working of machines, or the walking of sewing needles to be a creative outlet I never would have dreamed of loving so much just a decade ago.
Both our product line and branding (including our logo!) have evolved to further embrace our California roots. While we continue to offer a dapper line of bowties and related accessories, our focus has shifted to the products that our customers want most, namely our bags and small leather goods.
I still love sewing our products.
To have an idea, and to be able walk into the studio and turn that idea into a physical product with my own hands, is immensely satisfying. But to hear our customers’ praise of our product’s quality function and design is beyond words.
Taking the long way home. In some ways it took traveling around the country selling our goods out of the ‘ol teardrop trailer to get back to our California roots. We continue combining our love of the old-school with modern technical functionality. We continue to produce our products right here in Southern California. And we continue to listen to the people purchasing our goods to constantly improve on them, adding features that will make peoples lives easier! With the support of our retail partners and customers we hope to continue making stylish and functional accessories for many years to come. Thank you all! - ZB -
Wax Canvas Weekender Hand cut and assembled in Southern California, our wax canvas weekender is as functional as it is beautiful. There are external pockets a plenty. The bag comes with one external 9� zipper pocket and one 9� slip pocket perfect for sliding the iphone or iPad into when you are on the move. There are two additional slip pockets, one on either end of the bag. All leather accents are cut using our custom made pull up brown leather matched perfectly with a hefty brown webbing. The weekender has two internal slip pockets, one at each end of the bag, as well as three additional internal slip pockets sized to fit an iPhone, a water bottle and an iPad.

Fanny Pack Our handcrafted fanny pack is full of surprises. The main cavity easily accommodates wallets, passports and travelers checks, but is large enough to fit a 16 oz. water bottle. Securely positioned on the body side interior wall of the main cavity are two slip pockets able to accommodate cash and credit card/ IDs. While on the outside, hidden away against the wearer’s body, is a super stealthy, super secure, split-slip pocket that is invisible to the naked eye.

Toiletries Kit Our wax canvas toiletries bag is a simple single-zip box design and large enough to carry all bathroom essentials. It measures 10” in length, 4” in width and 3.5” in height. The interior of the toiletries bag has an additional slip pocket for separation of goods.

Billfolds Our billfolds are sewn and punched in-house from custom dyed 2mm leather hides. The goal was to make a super thin wallet that carried all of the essentials. This item easily accommodates 8-12 credit cards, includes an ID pocket (with window) and bill pocket to accommodate cash. The colors do not bleed, but the patina of this chrome died leather becomes smooth as the skin softens over time, exposing the original lines of the leather hide.

Fold Over Wallet Our fold over wallet is a response to our inching ever closer to a cashless society. While keeping a minimalist’s thin profile in mind, the fold over still comfortably fits eight to 12 credit cards with an ID pocket (with cut out window for ease of displaying ID) Made of the same hides as our billfold, colors do not bleed, but the patina of this chrome died leather becomes smooth as the skin softens over time, exposing the original lines of the leather hide.
