WHO We spotted Tony Blair’s sister-in-law Katy Tse Blair, Lady Arabella Stagg, wife of British high commissioner to India Sir Richard Stagg, socialite Neeva Jain, Kalyani Chawla of Dior, actress Sharmila Tagore with daughter Sabah Ali Khan and socialite Vanti Singh. The ladies enjoyed their two-minute chats with Cherie Blair. Surekha Jain said that she recommended a lot of black dresses to Blair because these can be repeated on various occasions and revealed that Blair loved colourful embroidered designs.

The list of high profile dignitaries present at the party included Canadian MP Ruby Dhalla, entrepreneurs Lord Diljit Rana, Baron Karan Bilimoria, Baroness Sandip Verma and HS Narula, Canadian minister Harinder Thakkar, MP Tarlochan Singh, former CBI director Joginder Singh and Jim Nickel, deputy high commissioner of Canada, among others.
