Situation

Concern

Guests are only allow to stay at a dining room for short period of time for other visitors waiting ourside.

Ian's biggest concern is safety. His unforgetable moment at work is when a visitor leant against a divider and fell down with it. The divider was heavy enough to injure the visitor and the banging sound was loud to panic other visitors who have heart disease or mental instability.

Dining room usually have 45 volunteers everyday. Staffs say they spend a lot of time cleaning floor and it is difficult.
