MOBILITY A grid with streets with different sizes allows a good urban mobility. Every street hosts bike lines. The city has a network of canals that will give the marine and water characters to all public spaces and will allow boat mobility. Many small public spaces and buildings will be created along the Canals.

NEIGBORHOODS The city is organized around 6 neighborhoods that have a canal with public facilities in the middle and allow walking accessibility to all residents. The public spaces of local scale are concentrated around this channel, while the main global facilities are located on the seafront and in the back front.

GREEN&WETLANDS There is a network of Green spaces that connect every part of the city with boulevards, streets and parks. The back canal and north part of the district create a continuous environment of local aquatic trees and aquaculture.

The orientation towards innovation and technology of the Shenzhen New Marine city, in this context, located in the vicinity of an international airport and a convention center will allow that through planning and design, people who live here have the best knowledge of the water. Due to this reason people will enjoy the water with protection and without fear. It will be a city where research, learning, making, enjoying can be full circled and ubiquitous. It will be a blue knowledge economy city, hyperconnected with the Greater Bay Area and the world.

In the proposal, the structure of dikes and channels provided is continued and completed, in order to make the water channels in each neighborhood permeable in the East-West direction. So that it can regulate the temperature of public space in a natural way. The channel in the central zone of the “lungs” will be converted into the landscape of mangroves. Also in the northern area of ​​the district, at the confluence of the local river and the delta, wetlands will be created and an economy of organic food will be developed, including aquaculture. Architectural proposal: 1. Destroy buildings in the plaza 2. Build the floor on top of the existing buildings

The proposal is to create a new centre in the Passeig Sant Joan that will bring a better order to the area. The idea is to redirect flows with architectural elements; solve the existing problems; give an end to the Passeig Sant Joan; make a better connection to the park and provide new facilities that will revitalize the zone. The new buildings will have on the low part a market and a supermarket, leaving a ceiling that works as a roof plaza, connected with the park. The remaining floors will be allocated for residential spaces.

It is also necessary to add greenery to make the territory more comfortable. The second stage is to add new pedestrian roads to connect the city and natural areas together and to create a new public space. The first stage is to add new bus lanes; new bus stops and parking for cars and bicicles.

The project is located in the forbidden territory in the Altai region of Russia. The idea of the project is to renovate the abandoned territory, create a public space and join the city to the natural areas.

As leading architect, the architectural side of the project was carried out by me. The task was to develop the residential complexes in the Olympic neighbourhood. My role in this project was to develop the site plan, floor plans, facades, sections and details of the constructions.

The goal was to develop the residential complexes in the Odincovo neighbourhood. The project also provides actions for the availability of apartments and public places for people with disabilities. My role in this project was to develop floor plans, facades, sections and details of the constructions in basic project and executive project.
