With the bridge landing on the river edge of the site, the group’s chosen material, steel sheet piling (a material chose based on its local availability, as well as affordability) is to be used for support of the bridge as well as act as a visual guide to direct people to the site.

With the community garden, the group aimed at providing individual garden plots for rent. Individuals are responsible for planting and maintaining their own plot. Additionally, a path runs through the river edge of the site as well as the road edges of the site. This path creates a pleasant run/walk in nature as visitors are embedded into the densely treed area on the edges of the site. The proposed tree densification frames the site and embeds visitors within the site as they block views of the vehicular traffic on Dunkirk Dr.

The limestone beach is designed to give visitors direct access to the Red river, while a proposed look out creates an elevated river front view for visitors of the Canoe Club Golf Course. Blooming pasture provides a pleasant colorful natural landscape that contrasts the forested area riparian river edge. With the open class room/play area, the group aimed at creating an important green space for people in the neighbourhood. For example, St. John's Ravenscourt, the Wildwood Park Community Centre, the YMCA, and Windsor school can utilize the space for the benefit of the youth in this area as for due to close proximity to this natural environment.
