Welcome Welcome to the 2020 CEP Schools Catalogue! In this edition we aim to present you with the latest resources available to use in your SRE and RI classes. At a primary-aged level, we have now completed a full review of our three-year cycle Connect program, in addition to the update of Beginning with God and Big Questions in 2018. If you have not made the switch to our revised Primary school curriculum, it is essential that you do so to ensure the resources you are using are in keeping with the latest education department guidelines. We are pleased to announce that the Connect A cycle multimedia elements are being reshaped. The resources to accompany Connect A1 will be available for download from the MyConnect website ( from early February 2020. Connect A2 multimedia updates will be uploaded by the start of the second semester. If you meet with high schoolers, Think Faith is a highly recommended program developed by teachers and youth ministers to help high school students navigate what the Bible has to say about the ups and downs of life. Now entering its fifth year, Think Faith has already been used by over 80,000 students across Australia. For more info, see page 16 of this catalogue. Preschool Hello God! Hello God! is an interactive preschool program designed to provide children aged 4–5 with a broad understanding of the Christian faith.


This one-year curriculum is divided into two semesters, with each semester containing material for two 10-week units. Using a balance of Old and New Testament passages, the program covers the themes of God’s character, his world and promises, and trusting in and living for him. Each semester’s Teacher’s pack contains lesson aims and outcomes, detailed preparation notes, free play activities supporting each lesson, prayer and memory verse ideas, 20 colour posters, songs and movement music. A full-colour child’s component containing week-by-week activities is available for each unit. First year of Primary Beginning with God Beginning with God is a one-year program introducing students the people in his unfolding plan and his Son, Jesus. The Teacher’s manual provides 40 lessons, outlining full aims and preparation notes, learning outcomes and activities. Songs, dramas and sound effects are also included.

Infants, Lower Primary and Upper Primary Connect Connect is a Bible-based curriculum designed to engage students’

Three learning levels are available in a three-year cycle (A, B and C), allowing for flexibility and variety in content as students progress through their primary school years.
