Why is teamwork important?

Why is the teamwork important? Because elliptical work can make difficult tasks easier. When you know there are people who can help you, you are calm. During the teamwork, we have to trust together, to overcome the difficulties as one team, to help each other if one of the team is in trouble. To help and encourage each other in the difficult moments. Share with the others when you're not sure for something so you can be able to make the right decision. Be as one whole. It's important because if a team works actively, no one can stop it from reaching its goal.

Achieving the goals Collective work itself is very important as a process through which a certain goal can be achieved. There are tasks that can not be fulfilled by just one person, the ideas and efforts of at least a few people are needed.

Increasing individual training In other words, the team is a group of intelligent people who put their minds and energy together for a common purpose.

During teamwork, each member learns something new from other people and thus enriches his/her own knowledge and improves his/her abilities.

Together they have to look for a problem, distribute roles to the team, also discuss with others the strategy to help their teammate. When one of the teammates is in conflict situations, all of them without much thought can help with something or advice. It's not easy, but when you have patience and treat your teammates well, you get a good result, as in life itself. Teamwork is a challenge for everyone in the team. When there are many different opinions and we do not want to hear each other, then everything goes wrong. It is very important that when a task is given, we have to team up to accomplish the task to the team.

So, that’s what I think the teamwork is and why it is important

Is there a job without perspective?

Perspective - future, prospects for doing something in the future.

Each of us wants to work something that has a perspective. But are there professions with a future in general? Are you sure that what you want to do as a lifelong job has opportunity to develop at a later time.

With the advances in technology and robotics, the world becomes mechanical. Professions associated with repeated mechanical activity with excessive bureaucracy and outdated technology occupations as a bricklayer, postman, paperboy, librarian and others are -"Out -of fashion". Digital technologies replace people and reduce the workforce. This has a number of advantages - more production in less time, less expenses and so on.

Because of this, now there are jobs on the market that we have not even thought of existing 10 years ago. Occupations with perspectives and opportunities for development:

1. Artist intelligence Engineer Artificial Intelligence is increasingly entering our daily lives and this reflects on the search for certain cadres who are able to create and maintain it. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will create a human environment that will only be controlled by voice commands and will be much more autonomous than the current one.

2. Tele-surgeon In the future, it will be possible to conduct a surgical operation remotely via the Internet. Surgical robots are increasingly entering in the medicine. They will be managed remotely by good doctors, who will not attend physically in the surgical room. This will lead to great benefits for patient, for example if there is an emergency case the immediate response will be possible within seconds for a patient from the other end of the world.

3. Expert on solar technology It is believed that up to 15-20 years of vasolar panels will be used extensively throughout the world, so this profession will become popular very soon.

These specialists will combine knowledge not only on the technical specifics of these systems, but also on architecture, ecology, and so on. They will design autonomous ecosystems that will become part of people's everyday lives.

Youth employment is a big issue globally, but even bigger in Bulgaria.

One of the things I’ve found difficult in my country is that it is very hard for young people to get a good start in life and gain the experience they need. I’ve had the opportunity to travel around the world, and I have seen some amazing practices and opportunities that help young people to be more integrated in society and to receive a head start in life. Here I will share a couple with you.

One of the things I like a lot is the fact that a lot of countries provide young people, as young as 16 years old, with the possibility to begin working a real job, legally. I think it is great for young people to begin to carry responsibility as young as possible. This not only helps them and teaches them to be more independent, but it helps them to have a better perspective on life. It helps them to appreciate the value of things. I think this would be great if it gets implemented in Bulgaria, because it will show that young people have a lot to bring to the table.

That being said, believe that the ability to carry responsibility unlocks potential and helps people to grow and get better at what they do!

Another great practice is volunteering. I’ve been to a few countries who offer their youth amazing opportunities to get plugged in and start volunteering in various projects. I think that this is an awesome chance for young people to gain work experience and learn skills hands on. I’ve seen different humanitarian, socio-economic, sports, educational and many other types of projects that young people could become part of with the only requirement being their desire to take part. I feel like the government could provide more options for young people to volunteer and do community service that not only expands them and their horizons but helps to build a stronger and better society!

Employment has always been an essential part of people’s life. We develop ourselves and learn something new with the time in order to find out what we are best at and how these skills could help us in our upcoming future.

A „change” and „progress“are the exact words that describe the employment from the past few years to now. With the development of the technologies that ensures us not only easier life but also easier communication and payment, employment has become closely tied with them. For instance, the most wanted professions used to be factory worker or trader and the variety of jobs was limited.

The evolution of the ideal job

Another thing that has also changed is the foundation of new organizations which aim to improve the employability and the skills required for a good employee. Such organizations are the one working with projects of the Erasmus+ programme in which I had the chance to take part.

Most of the youths strive to participate more in such projects and to broaden their

horizons. In this way, they improve their working skills, gain experience in the workplace and become more creative and open-minded.

Thanks to the accessibility of the technologies and the progress of the employment, we can enjoy a more convenient and understandable life.

Discrimination Lately I have been a witness of a different kind of discrimination that no one speaks about. Maybe the worst part of the discrimination that I see is related to the old people of Bulgaria. It’s sad to see how everybody avoids helping them in any rate – in hospitals, in shops, on the public transport. And for me this is the type of discrimination that bothers me. Not respecting adults is a huge problem for not only Bulgarian people but also everywhere abroad. The roots of this problem are hidden in the family. In my opinion, the personal example of any parent is directly reflecting to their children so apparently the problem could be avoided only if we start to care and teach our children how they are supposed to treat the rest of the people no matter the age, social status or color of the skin.

Unfortunately, recently I see that well-behaved model is something like ‘old-fashioned’ manner that everyone is ashamed to do it. I think that whatever wrong happens in the society you can find the actual reasons in the family. Lack of understanding, lack of love, lack of time for the members of your family, lack of education is the main thing that stands behind the bigger social problems. Everyone needs to put effort in showing good attitude towards anyone we meet daily. To change our selfish nature is step number one if we want to see improvement and development in our society and country. People are always busy, on a rush but that does not mean that we have to be rude to one another.

With the constant rudeness and lack of tolerance, we stimulate the aggression to increase.

We can see it on the news, at schools and even in the shop in your neighborhood.

We need start caring. We need to be a good example for the children, because they are our future and future depends on us. We build it every day.

Защо работата в екип е важна? Защото елиптичната работа може да улесни трудните задачи. Когато сте наясно, че има хора, които могат да ви помогнат, вие сте много по-спокойни. По време на работата в екип трябва да имаме взаимно доверие, да преодоляваме трудностите като екип, да си помагаме един на друг, ако някой от екипа се затруднява, да се подпомагаме и да се насърчаваме взаимно в трудните моменти. Споделянето с другите, когато не сме сигурни за нещо, помага значително във вземането на правилното решение. Трябва да бъдем като едно цяло. Това е важно, защото ако един екип работи активно, никой не може да го спре да постигне целта си.

Постигането на целите Колективната работа е много важна като процес, чрез който може да се постигне определена цел. Има задачи, които не могат да бъдат изпълнени самостоятелно от един човек, като са необходими идеи и усилия на поне няколко души.

Повишаване на индивидуалното обучение С други думи, екипът е група от интелигентни хора, които обединяват знанията и енергията си в името на обща цел. По време на работата в екип всеки член научава нещо ново от другите и по този начин обогатява собствените си знания и подобрява способностите си. В процеса на екипна работа хората трябва заедно да потърсят проблем, да разпределят ролите в екипа, да обсъдят помежду си стратегията и да помогнат на останалите членове на екипа. Когато един от съотборниците е в конфликтна ситуация, всеки може да помогне със съвет без да полага големи усилия. Не е лесно, но когато има търпение и в екипа има разбирателство, се получават добри резултати. Работата в екип е предизвикателство за всички членове на екипа. Когато има много различни мнения и ние не искаме да се вслушваме, всичко се обърква. Много е важно, когато дадена задача е поставена, да обединим усилията си, за да изпълним задачата на екипа. Именно поради тази причина работата в екип е толкова важна.

Има ли работа без перспектива? Автор: Сабел Башева

Перспектива - бъдеще, изгледи за осъществяване на нещо в бъдещето. Всеки от нас иска да работи нещо, което има перспектива. Но има ли изобщо професии с бъдеще? Сигурни ли сте, че това, което искате да работите има възможност за развитие? С напредъка на технологиите и роботиката светът става механичен. Професии, свързани с повтаряща се механична дейност, с излишна бюрокрация и с остарели технологии, професии като зидар, пощальон, вестникар, библиотекар и др. „излизат от мода”. Дигиталните технологии заместват хората и намаляват работната ръка. Това има редица предимства – повече производство за по- кратко време, по- малко разходи и т.н. Поради тази причина на пазара излизат професии, за които преди 10 години дори и не сме си помисляли, че съществуват. Професии с перспектива и възможности за развитие:

1. Инженер на изкуствен интелект Изкуственият интелект навлиза във все по-голяма степен в живота ни и това се отразява в търсенето на определени кадри, които да се занимават с неговото създаване. Инженерът на изкуствения интелект ще създава заобикаляща човека среда, която ще се управлява само с гласови команди и ще е в много по- голяма степен автономна от сегашната.

2. Телехирург В бъдеще ще е възможно провеждането на хирургична операция дистанционно, през интернет. Все повече навлизат хирурзите-роботи, които ще бъдат управлявани дистанционно от добри лекари, които няма да присъстват физически в операционната. Това ще доведе до изключително големи ползи за пациента , тъй като реакцията при спешен случай ще бъде възможна само след секунди и то при пациент от другия край на света.

3. Експерт по слънчевите технологии Смята се, че до 15-20 години слънчеви панели ще се използват масово в целия свят, така че тази професия ще стане популярна съвсем скоро. Тези специалисти ще съчетават познания не само по техническите специфики на тези системи, но и по архитектура, екология и т.н. Ще проектират автономни екосистеми, които ще се превърнат в част от ежедневието на хората.

Младежкият труд е голям проблем на световно ниво, но още по-голям в България. Едно от нещата, които намирам за трудни в моята държава, е че не е лесно за младите хора да имат добър старт в живота и да получат опита, който им е нужен. Имал съм възможността да пътувам по света, където виждал някои невероятни практики и възможности, които помагат на младите хора да бъдат по-интегрирани в обществото и да имат преднина в живота. Ето няколко, които ще споделя с Вас.

Едно от любимите ми е фактът, че в много държави можеш законно да започнеш истинска работа на 16 години. Смятам, че е прекрасно за младите хора да поемат отговорност колкото може по-рано. Това не само им помага да бъдат по-самостоятелни, но и да имат по-добра перспектива за живота. Учи ги да ценят нещата около себе си. Вярвам, че това би работило добре и в България, защото ще даде възможност на младите хора да покажат на какво са способни. С това мисля, че възможността да носиш отговорност отключва потенциал и помага на хората да растат и да се развиват в дейностите си. Друга добра практика е доброволчеството. Бил съм в няколко държави, които

предлагат на младите хора невероятни възможности за доброволчество в разнообразни проекти. Мисля, че това е страхотен шанс за младежите да добият опит и умения от първа ръка. Виждал съм хуманитарни, социално-икономически, спортни, образователни и много други видове проекти, които са възможни с едно единствено изискване - младите хора да имат желание. Мисля си, че правителството може да предостави повече опции за младежите да доброволстват и да изпълняват обществени услуги, което не само разширява тях и техните хоризонти, но и помага за изграждането на по-силно и по-добро общество!

Заетостта винаги е била съществена част от живота на хората. Развиваме се и научаваме нещо ново с времето, за да разберем в какво сме най-добри и как тези умения могат да ни помогнат в бъдеще. "Промяна" и "прогрес" са точните думи, които описват заетостта от последните няколко години досега. С развитието на технологиите, които ни осигуряват не само по-лесен живот, но и по-лесно общуване и плащане, заетостта е тясно свързана с тях. Например някога най-търсените професии са били работник във фабрика или търговец, а разнообразието от работни места е било ограничено.

Дискриминация Напоследък съм свидетел на различен вид дискриминация, за която никой не говори. Може би най-лошата част от дискриминацията е свързана с възрастните хора в България. Тъжно е да видиш как всички отбягват да им помагат във всеки аспект-в болниците, в магазините, в обществения транспорт. За мен това е

вид дискриминация, която ме притеснява. Неуважението към възрастните е голям проблем който се корени в семейството. Според мен личният пример на всеки родител се отразява директно на техните деца, така че очевидно проблемът може да бъде избегнат, само ако започнем да се грижим и да чим децата си как да се държат с останалите хора, независимо от възрастта, социални статус или цвета на кожата.

Последно време пример за добро поведение е като нещо „старомодно“ от което всички се срамуват да сторят. Мисля, че каквото и грешно да се случи в обшеството, липсата на любов, липсата на време за семейството, липсата на образование са основите, които водят до по-големи социални проблеми. Всеки трябва да влага усилия да покаже добро към всеки който среща ежедневно. Да променим нашия егоистичен характер е първата стъпка, ако искаме да видим подобрение и развитие в нашето общество и държава. Хората винаги са заети и бързат, но това не означава, че трябва да сме груби един с друг. С постоянната грубост и липса на толерантност стимулираме нарастването на агресията. Може да го срещнем по новините, в училищата и дори в кварталните магазини. Трябва да започнем да се грижим. Трябва да сме добър пример за децата, защото те са нашето бъдеще и бъдещето зависи от нас. Ние го градим всеки ден.
