PALM CITY — Commissioner John Haddox, Palm City, summed it up with one sentence. “Unfortunately, equestrian trails are probably the most contentious issue in my district.” At its last regular meeting, the Martin County Commission unanimously approved plans for the proposed 26-acre Citrus Grove Community Park beside Citrus Grove Elementary, 2527 S.W.
