Then this is the class for you! Fran has designed this class after requests from people would love to do Pilates but for one reason or another find it difficult to get up and down off the floor, they may be unable to put weight on knees, wrists, weight through shoulders, unable to flex the feet, have mobility issues, have balance issues and so on… So this is a specialist class designed with these people in mind. It is also suitable for: • during and post pregnancy • post-operative rehabilitation • post-injury rehabilitation • complete beginners It is open to both men and women. Wednesdays 11 am – 12 noon.
