Uplifting Yoga Teachers

Each Yoga Session is guided by our incredible teachers. Open to all levels! Beginners welcome. Come and try something you’ve never experienced before. Bring your own yoga mat (and maybe a cushion and blanket too!) You can mix-and-match Speaker Sessions & Yoga Sessions to create your day. 7:30-8:30am Mollie Sommer ~ Morning Sun Salutation. Morning Sun Salutation Class: All levels Sun Salutations Flow. Creating space for you to connect to yourself and your day! Mollie Sommer is the owner of Mollie Sommer Wellness and has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She is passionate about motivating people and helping them achieve their goals. 9:00-10:15am Aarti Doyle ~ Hatha Heart Flow. A hatha yoga flow that focuses on re-connecting with our spiritual heart and remembering our true being as spacious, limitless conscious awareness. Aarti Doyle is the Director of Operations at Anuttara Ashram and the cocreator of Anuttara Yoga. Aarti is a strong practitioner of Yoga both on and off the mat.

11:00am-12:30pm Natalie Saari ~ Yoga + Vibration of Sound with Natalie & Special Guests. Natalie brings another incredible set of Yoga + Vibration of Sound to Sun Peaks! A collaboration of yoga accompanied by live music with local artists. Natalie Saari is both a Physiologist and Kinesiologist, creator of Exhale Centre - Holistic House of Healing. She has graciously devoted herself to this event, to spread the love that is yoga.

Lunch Break: 12:30-2:30 Yoga Talk & Relaxation, Explore the village and have lunch on your own/with friends!

1:00-1:20pm Lunch Yoga Talk ~ Aarti Doyle Yoga in Life: Taking Yoga off the Mat Discover the many aspects of Yoga; learn how to take Yoga into your daily life; remember your true nature and discover how yoga is an ancient science that goes beyond flexibility. Aarti Doyle is the Director of Operations at Anuttara Ashram and the Co-creator of Anuttara Yoga.

1:30-2pm Lunchtime RELAXATION ~ Yoga Nidra Bliss. Come Into Stillness. Allow For Healing. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that takes the practitioner to a state of hypnagogic sleep where deep cellular healing can occur. Sonja Foss is a 1000 Hour Yoga Teacher and Essential Oils Educator who specializes in providing therapeutic yoga services for breaking through emotional, mental, physical or spiritual blockages.

2:30-3:45pm Nicole O’Donnell ~ Beautiful Bountiful Blissful: Kundalini Yoga An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. Nicole O’Donnell had a profound shift in consciousness through Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness. Her passion is to share the teachings to those who would like to shift into a higher consciousness and transform their lives. 4:30-6:00pm Leilani Reid ~ YOGA: Restore and Reiki. A Blissful Blend of Restorative Yoga and Reiki. Join Leilani for a peaceful practice that will combine restorative yoga postures with reiki healing. This class will help create deep relaxation in your body and mind. Suitable for all levels and no previous yoga experience necessary. Leilani Reid is passionate about inspiring others to live their best life. As a yoga teacher and reiki master, her intention is to share these healing modalities with others so that they may tap into their own power. Leilani is also our wonderful guide for the Saturday Sessions at the Yoga Lodge: introducing the teachers, managing the day and helping everything flow smoothly for you.
