Why Morocco? Blimey, where to start. I come alive when I am outdoors, preferably warm and close to the sea… I discovered Villa Mandala a few years ago and immediately fell in love. It’s an ocean front Yoga Retreat Centre that is dedicated to yogic values and practice. It’s the perfect place to escape and connect with your inner calm. Residing on the rugged Moroccan coastline, just outside of Taghazout, Villa Mandala boasts a lush garden, relaxing living areas, plunge pool, and of course, a yoga shala. As you know, my teaching is all about wellbeing for the whole of yourself, so as well as Yoga and Meditation every day, you will eat exceptional wholesome food, throw in a trip to the Souk, a visit to a local hammam and great company and you have a truly memorable retreat. Indian - 2 people It’s a 172 square ft that’s decked out with cool locally made furniture, enchanting draped lighting, trinkets & art work for a unique Indian vibe. Expect comfy cushions and mattress plus all the basics: safe, towels, fan & hot water bottles (all toiletries in bathroom shared only with Bougainvillea Room).

Bougeanvillia - 2 people It’s a 172 square ft that’s named after the flowers that grow abundantly in our garden. The room is decked out with cool one off pieces, comfy cushions and mattress. Expect all the basics: safe, towels, fan, hot water bottles and complimentary WiFi (all toiletries in bathroom shared with Indian room).

Garden - 3 people It’s the largest room in the house at 301 square ft. It’s kitted out with cool locally made furniture and has a garden style vibe. It features an ensuite shower room, comfy cushions and mattress. Expect at least all the basics: safe, towels, shampoo, Moroccan beauty treats: olive soap, rose water spritz, fan, hot water bottles and complimentary WiFi.

Red - 3 people It’s the second largest room in Villa Mandala at 280 square ft. An enchanting room with a handcrafted 4 poster bed, ocean view, ensuite shower room and rich red Moroccan touches.
