Supported by the NYC Department of Education, all activities are designed to build academic skills while providing TAG Young Scholars students the opportunity to learn and have fun at the same time. Innovative programs include the American Heart Association sponsored, Teaching Garden which gives students the opportunity to learn how to plant seeds, nurture growing plants, harvest produce and understand the value of good eating habits.
