YMCA of the North Shore IRONMAN CHALLENGE Looking to try to stay on track through the holiday season? This healthy holiday challenge will give you a goal and keep you focused for the end of the year! You will have 5 weeks to complete an Ironman Triathlon. You have the option to choose from 2 events: 1. The Traditional Challenge: Bike 112 miles, Run/Walk 26.2 miles and Swim 2.4 miles 2. The Non-swimmer Challenge: Bike 112 miles, Run/Walk 26.2 miles and Row 50,000 meters All those who complete the challenge will get a t-shirt. This is the perfect way mix up your training styles, stay active, and reach a goal you may have never dreamed of! Distance tracking can be done at www.northshoreymca.org/tri.cfm or pick-up a Tri Inside the Y tracker at your Y’s Fitness Office or Front Desk.
