*NEW JR. MASTERS SWIM Ages 8-16 This class will emphasize stroke technique and conditioning. This 2 hour program incorporates 1 hour of swimming, and 1 hour of dry-land training, focusing on improving each swimmer’s all-around athleticism. Like our swim program, our dry-land program places heavy emphasis on proper technique and safety and includes cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, speed and endurance, and skill progression. SUMMER SWIM & SPORTS ACADEMY Ages 3-9 Let’s swim, play sports, and do arts and crafts! We will do exciting activities to educate the children about personal safety in and around aquatic environments in the classroom and pool. When in the pool, they will practice safety precautions, play games, as well as receive a structured swim lesson every day. We will also work on a different sport each day, including skills & drills, and scrimmages! Weekly from June 18th - September 8th (no camp July 4th)

» LEADERSHIP YMCA LIFEGUARD CERTIFICATION Ages 16+ This class teaches all necessary skills, and provides students with all the certifications required to become a YMCA certified lifeguard. The class includes pool and classroom time and includes CPR Pro/AED, First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen Administration certifications. June 18 - 21 July 9 - 12 August 20 -23 F $325 C $425

» TEEN PROGRAMS LEADERS CLUB Ages 13-18 Teens learn leadership skills through community service, volunteerism and personal growth. They meet socially and discuss volunteer opportunities, fundraising ideas and also plan events for their community. This program encourages teens to meet others, challenges them to be leaders in the YMCA and its community, allows them to plan events and trips and gives them the chance to participate in regal Leadership retreats. Tue 5:30 - 6:30 pm TEEN CAMP Ages 13-16 (12 if in 7th Grade) Filled with a variety of activities that foster independence and leadership and encouraging positive peer interactions, this is the perfect camp for your teen. In addition to learning valuable leadership skills, teens will also participate in daily field trips to local parks, beaches and thrilling activities including canoeing, adventure courses and Six Flags! » HEALTH & WELL-BEING LIVESTRONG AT THE YMCA LIVESTRONG focuses on strength training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility and relaxation techniques and welcomes survivors of all types of cancer, from the point of diagnosis through treatment and years beyond. The goal of LIVESTRONG is to help participants build muscle mass and strength, increase flexibility and endurance and improve functional ability. Additional goals include reducing the severity of side effects from treatments, preventing unwanted weight changes and improving energy levels and selfesteem. » YMCA GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMS TOTALLY FIT This class has all the elements needed to help you reach your fitness goals. A dynamic warm up, skill and strength training, metabolic conditioning, and stretching to create a total and well-rounded workout. Walk away feeling more confident to take on daily activities with more energy. Mon 7:00 pm Wed 8:00 am F $79 | C $160 TRX BOOT CAMP Use the TRX suspension system to execute body weight exercises in a variety of multi-plane movements to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability. Combine the TRX with squats, lunges and cardiovascular exercise for a complete workout. Morning Express will use a variety of equipment such as kettlebells, agility ladder, Vipr and TRX. Wed 6:00 am F $79 | C $160 FIT GIRLS Girls between ages 11-15 years old This program is designed to teach young ladies how to properly lift weights. We start with a warm up, move on to free weights, then the Cybex machines on the fitness floor and finish with a fun activity that incorporates the exercises from the day. This is a fun and educational class that will increase your endurance, strength, power, confidence, body image and understanding of the human body. During the session’s pre and post workout nutrition will also be discussed. Sat 11:05 am -11:55 am F $99 | C $199 WORKOUT WARRIORS This group is geared towards teaching safe, effective weight lifting techniques using a variety of equipment from barbells/ dumbbells and weight machines to kettlebells, cables and foam rollers. WEIGHTLOSS WARRIORS Ages 16+ Age 16 and up This class provides 1 hour of nutrition education and 1 hour of Group Personal Training weekly. The nutrition portion is on Saturdays at 9:00am and participants can choose to work out on Saturdays at either 8:00am or 10:00am. Exercise and meal plans are provided.
