TRX (Bremen Street) Leverage one’s own bodyweight and gravity using the TRX to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Beginners welcome! Tue 6:30 - 7:15 pm

BOXING BOOTCAMP (Bremen Street) This high intensity cardio class will combine boxing drills with effective fitness exercises to make you sweat and sculpt your body from head to toe. Hand wraps are encouraged and available for purchase. Gloves are optional. Wed 5:50 - 6:45 pm

In this class Lexi will show you all the benefits this amazing piece of equipment has to offer. » HEALTH AND WELL-BEING YMCA DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM The YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program helps those at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles by eating healthier, increasing physical activity and losing a modest amount of weight in order to reduce their chances of developing the disease. LIVESTRONG LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a national, free 12-week group exercise program that helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health and well-being following a cancer diagnosis. With LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, Ys are helping cancer survivors in their communities get the physical activity, supportive relationships, and stress reduction they need to improve their quality of life. Medical studies show that moderate levels of exercise can help cancer survivors physically and mentally, and can also reduce the severity of therapy and treatment side effects, helping to prevent unwanted weight changes, improve energy levels and self-esteem.
