» Teen & Adult Swim Lessons 45 minute classes Ages 12+ ADULT BEGIN TO SWIM This class is for adults who have a fear of the water, don’t feel at ease in the water or who have never participated in swimming lessons. Tue 6:00 pm Sat 2:00 pm ADULT INTERMEDIATE SWIM This is a class for adults who are comfortable in the water and would like to work on stroke development and endurance. Thu 6:00 pm Sat 2:50 pm MASTERS/ADULT BEGINNER Masters is a physical conditioning program for those who are training for an event or just want to swim for fitness. » YOUTH FITNESS TAE KWON DO BEGINNERS Ages 4-5 years Tae Kwon Do is a popular Korean martial art characterized by powerful kicking, striking, and blocking techniques. Learning is a progressive, with each belt rank having its own set of requirements. Students will build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning how to set and reach new goals-all while having fun! Our experienced instructor teaches traditional Tae Kwon Do, which is tailored to develop the individual in a noncompetitive, stress-free environment. Tue 4:15 - 4:45 pm F $31

PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS Private swim lessons for youth and adults are scheduled at the convenience of the individual, the instructor and pool availability. These lessons consist of 6, 30-minute sessions. Small group swim lessons also available.

» TEENS CYBER BULLING The eight session program is designed specifically for students in middle school and high school. Using stories based on actual news events, students participate in small group discussions that center on real life issues that teens face on the Internet every day. At the end of the program, students work in small groups to create a plan for their own social networking Website. Mon 5:30 - 6:30 pm FREE LEADER’S CLUB You can meet many of tomorrow’s leaders today at the YMCA Leaders Club, a leadership incubation program that gives teens the opportunity to learn to become more effective in their interactions with others. Teens improve their individual leadership and social skills while also experiencing new ways to give back and grow as human beings. Teens meet on a weekly basis in small groups to develop and implement projects aimed at providing valuable service to their local community. Wed 6:30 -7:30 pm FREE TEEN FITNESS Work with our personal trainers in a safe environment where you will learn proper weight lifting technique and etiquette while practicing these skills during workouts and learn how to structure a workout program over an eight week period. Sat 3:00 -5:00 pm FREE YOUNG WOMEN IN POWER This year long program geared toward young women focuses on building confidence through sports and activities, while providing a chance to meet positive female role models and provide opportunities to become role models themselves. Teens will take field trips to establishments and meet women in leadership positions and take college tours. FREE!
