» Parent/Child Swim Lessons 30 minute classes SHRIMP Ages 6-18 Months An introduction to the aquatic environment for parents and their infants. » Youth Swim Lessons 45 minute classes POLLIWOG BEGINNER Ages 6+ For the beginner swimmer who cannot yet swim independently on their front and back with 2 bubbles or less. FLYING FISH Ages 6+ Children must be able to swim 75 yards front and back crawl and 50 yards sidestroke, elementary backstroke and breaststroke and 25 yards butterfly. Sun 12:25 pm

» Teen/Adult Swim Lessons ADULT BEGIN TO SWIM Ages 13+ This is a class for adults who have a fear of the water, don’t feel at ease in the water, or who have never participated in swimming lessons. Tue 6:00 pm Sat 1:45 pm ADULT INTERMEDIATE SWIM Ages 13+ This is a class for adults who are comfortable in the water and would like to work on stroke development and endurance. Tue 6:50 pm Thu 6:00 pm MASTERS/ADVANCED ADULT SWIM Masters is a physical conditioning program for those who are training for an event or just want to swim for fitness. For serious swimmers, tri-athletes or anyone who wants a coached workout, this is for you! Tue/Thu 7:00 - 8:30 pm F$80

» Private Swim Lessons PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS Private swim lessons for youth and adults are scheduled at the convenience of the individual, the instructor and pool availability. These lessons consist of 6, 30-minute sessions. Small group swim lessons also available. F $195

INSANITY A group based cardio- conditioning and total-body strength class. Insanity is designed to help people of all fitness levels gen in the best shape of their lives. If you are looking for a great cardio workout with a group atmostphere, insanity is the class for you! Sat 1:00 pm

OLYMPIC WEIGHT LIFTING The primary focus of this class will be to develop an advanced level of strength and power via barbell lifts using Olympic weightlifting. Wed 6:00 pm HEALTHY KIDS CLUB AGES 6-12 In this class childrean will learn how to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Children will get a challenging workout in the fitness center using a combination of cardio, strength and free weight equipment. Thu 9:00 am

KETTLEBELLS Exercise with a bowling-ball-shaped weight to transform your physique and breakthrough training plateaus in record time. » SPECIALTY FITNESS (PRESCHOOL AND YOUTH) PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS Ages 3-6 Your child will be introduced to balance, flexbility and coordination followed by tumbling exercises. Mon 4:30 - 5:00 pm

PRESCHOOL SOCCER Ages 3-6 This class will teach preschoolers the fundamentals of soccer. Wed 4:00 - 4:30 pm

YOUTH GYMNASTICS Ages 6-12 Learn gymnastics skills like forward rolls, handstands and cartwheels. Mon 5:15- 6:00 pm

PRESCHOOL BASKETBALL Ages 3-6 Come learn the fundamentals of basketball including passing, shooting and dribbling. Sun 10:45 - 11:15 am

JUMP, JIGGLE AND JIVE Ages 1-3 Your children will develop strength, balance and imitation skills in this fun class. Wed 9:15 - 9:45 am 10:00 - 10:30 am

YOUTH BASKETBALL Ages 6-12 Basic drills and game rules will be taught, followed by a game. Thu 4:45 - 5:30pm Sun 11:30 - 12:15pm

TKD BEGINNERS Ages 4-5 Tae Kwon Do is a popular Korean martial art characterized by powerful kicking, striking and blocking techniques. Learning is progressive, with each belt rank having its own set of requirements. Students will build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning how to set and reach new goals- all while having fun! Our experienced instructor teaches traditional Tae Kwon Do, which is tailored to develop the individual in a noncompetitive, stress-free environment. We emphasize physical fitness. The benefits of Tae Kwon Do practice can be realized by students of any age from young children to older adults. All experience levels below black belt are welcome. Tue 4:15 - 4:45pm F $31
