» YMCA GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMS LIVESTRONG LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a small-group evidence-based program that helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health and well-being following a cancer diagnosis. Through this program YMCA’s are creating communities among cancer survivors and guiding them through safe physical activity, helping them build supportive relationships leading to an improved quality of life. CUTZ A Conditioning workout using weights and/or body bars to promote muscular endurance, flexibility and body alignment. LOW IMPACT AEROBICS A low impact cardiovascular dance and weight workout appropriate for all ages! ROPE’N A high-intensity cardio class that combines strength, core and jump roping to get and keep your metabolism burning. If you want to sweat, work hard and have fun, this is the class for you. STEP AEROBICS Use an adjustable elevated platform in this choreographed, calorie burning aerobics class. Y PUMP This no nonsense, results driven class is designed to strengthen and tone your entire body. BARRE FUSION A class that encompasses toning with light weights, at work and lots of muscle lengthening barre exercises. HATHA YOGA Hatha Yoga is an easy-to –learn basic form of yoga that is a foundation of all Yoga styles. TAI CHI An ancient Chinese martial art that consists of fluid, gentle movements that are practiced in a relaxed and slow tempo and is an effective exercise for total health.

1x per week: Member $10 Community Rate $18 PILATES A contemporary approach to the mind-body exercise which focuses on strength, flexibility and endurance training. VINYASA YOGA Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component. The instructor will guide you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

ZUMBA TONING A choreographed dance class with light weights for added strength. ZUMBA GOLD Dancing is a great way to stay active! Zumba is a combination of fun, easy-tofollow dance steps set to Latin beats. This class is designed for active older adults. FIT OVER 50 Improve your strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility, and balance in an easy-to-follow workout that meets the needs of every ability level. *This class can be done in a chair.

YOGA Yoga uses the breath as a focal point as we move through sequences of linked yoga asanas. This class includes sun salutations, pranayama (breathing exercises), and relaxation. YOGA FITNESS A Vinyasa style of Yoga based on Hatha Yoga tradition. This class involves linking the traditional Yoga poses together while moving with the breath to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. TRX INTERVAL Advanced TRX with strength intervals uses more equipment and often done in stations, free of charge, drop-in! OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP Come out, shine only! Experience a challenging total body conditioning workout outside! This class will push you in all the wonderful ways a traditional indoor class would and more. Plus you get to be out enjoying the warm air! Wed 9:30 - 10:30 am

» CELEBRATE WITH US PARENTS’ NIGHT OUT Need a night out with your significant other or with your friends? Need to get some errands done or simply go grocery shopping? Then use Parent’s Night Out! Children will engage in a fun, educational and supervised environment. Food will be provided. Ages 3-12. Children must be potty trained POOL PARTIES Celebrate your special event in the pool! A dedicated YMCA staff member will be on hand to assist you every step of the way with set up, during the party and clean up. Each party will include private swim time exclusively for your party. GYM PARTIES Reserve an hour and a half in our largest kid’s gym! Party-goers will get to have fun and play on slides and foam play structures. A party coordinator will be on-site to engage the kids in fun and interactive games.
