Activities allow our young participants to practice following directions and develop gross motor skills in a safe, welcoming environment. GENTLE YOGA FREE A gentler, slower paced practice that is more accessible to people of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels. Beginners and individuals looking for a gradual introduction to yoga are well-suited for this class. Please bring your own yoga mat. Mon 4:00 - 5:15 pm ACTIVE OLDER ADULT TRAINING FREE An ‘at your own pace’ exercise program designed for each individual participant. Emphasis is on strengthening muscles and improving flexibility and balance. Meet as a group to focus on fitness in a social setting with a personal trainer. A personal trainer gives your child a challenging workout in the fitness center using a combination of cardio, strength and free weight equipment.
