MASTERS SWIM *FREE FOR MEMBERS Training for a triathlon? Just want to get back into the swim of things? Masters Swim is for the serious adult swimmer looking to improve time or compete year round. Masters is designed for, but not limited to, the intermediate-advanced swimmer who would like to improve on endurance and stroke technique. Competitive swimmers and beginners are welcome! Tue/Thu 8:15- 9:30 pm Sat 7:00- 8:25 am PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS Private swim lessons for preschoolers, youth and adults are scheduled at the convenience of the individual, the instructor and pool availability. INTRO TO COMPETITIVE This class gives swimmers a chance to work on their competitive swimming skills and covers competitive stroke techniques, starts and finishes.

JR. NBA SKILLS CHALLENGE Friday January, 17th 6:00pm North Suburban YMCA Gym The North Suburban YMCA will be teaming up with the Burbank YMCA to host the Jr. NBA Skills Challenge presented by Under Armour. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their fitness through a dribbling, shooting, and rebounding skills competition in the sport of basketball. The program is free for all participants There will be 4 groups of participants: 11U Boys 11U Girls 13U Boys 13U Girls Top 3 Finishers in each age and gender group are submitted and advance to a Regional Competition!! JUNIOR CELTICS YOUTH DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE The YMCA of Greater Boston has partnered with the Boston Celtics and their Jr. Celtics Youth Development Leagues! This season participants on instructional and recreational teams will experience an exclusive basketball program teaching the values of Celtics basketball and focusing on healthy player and coach development. Beginners and individuals looking for a gradual introduction to yoga are well-suited for this class. Please bring your own yoga mat.
