Project Overview The mood of the level is mainly focus on the compare between bright and darkness. The level runs from a very dark tunnel to a very high intensity outside. The emotion will be changed when player get out of the tunnel and have the ability. Also, different choice will make the emotion of the level different. The most complex part is the mountain.

This character design is based on Chinese fairy tale. In my story, there are some half-monster human living in the abyss of the ocean. Lobsterman is one of them. My design process is from 2d to 3d, setting up the character in 2d and modeling in Maya. Finished detail and textured in Zbrush and Photoshop.

The idea is came from the chinese fairy tail. This one leg creature is called Kui. Its sounds like thunder and it commands storm and raining. Kui lives in the East sea. When it out of water, the lightings and tornados are always around it. Also, Kui is the orgin of chinese dargon.

This character design is also based on chinese fairy tail. In the old book, there is just few inform about Kui. For me, designing this creature is a very interesting process and meaningful process.
