It is with this idea Atharvaveda says,
That is, “I make the partitions Prthivi and Dyau. I created the seven rtus. Whatever truths and lies people talk they are all my utterances. What you call DaivI Vak or Veda Vak are my expressions only. Whatever prajas are here, they are all myselfâ€&#x; 29.

Here the Rsi says I am Agni and Soma which are responsible for the creation of Jagat. Devotees give ahuti only on me.
30. In the above rks, the declarations are all by Vak. That Vak cannot be anything other than Atma. It is this Atma which worships Agni and Soma. It is through this Atma earth-heaven partition has been made. Therefore all these things are only bhavanas of Atma. Whether the reference is to Rsi or Pitr or Deva, or any thing else, they are all Atmavikaras only.
9. Brahmavlrya creates Ksatra-Vit-Sudravlryas 31. In the beginning Brahman alone was there. From that Ksatrarupa was born. In other words from the Brahmavlrya the meritorious Ksatravirya was created. It excelled even Brahmavlrya and therefore in Rajasuyayajna Raja takes a higher seat and the Brahmanas take lower seats and bless him. It is because of the supermost nature of Ksatravirya.
