One of Bridlington’s districts, Flamborough is famous for its seven mile long headland, Flamborough Head and its beautiful views. It features excellent trails for both bikes and the public.
Close by is the village of Sewerby where Sewerby Hall’s museum and gardens make for an enjoyable day out as does Sledmere House with its collection of Chippendale and French furniture. Another close by attraction is the nature reserve at Bempton Cliffs which is a popular breeding ground for the Atlantic Puffin and the Northern Gannet. For time to yourself, the location of Easton Meadows makes it perfect for nature trails, cycling and hiking with over 1000 square miles of national parkland close by.
