Stratus Village Project Based Voucher Wait List
Opening 6/16/2025
Project Based Vouchers(PBV)are vouchers that must be used at a specific property, in this case Stratus Village in McMinnville. Project Based Vouchers offer the same level of assistance as a traditional voucher and save families the challenge of finding a rental unit to use their assistance.
A total of twenty-two vouchers will be available to wait list applicants, seven in Phase 1 and fifteen in Phase 2. As units become vacantthey will be filled with wait list applicants.

After the waiver expires on June 30, 2025, Access Wireless will only claim federal Lifeline support and offer/provide 1,000 voice minutes and 4.5 GB of data to all customers. Because Access Wireless will cease to offer a free phone, customers who apply on and after July 1, 2025 and are approved as eligible will need to bring or purchase an unlocked, GSM LTE 4G/5G compatible device.
