FM-16V Series One piece gantry type column and bridge structure design. Wide T-shape saddle provides a steady foundation for heavy cutting. 3 axes is adopted with precision ball screw and heavy duty roller guide ways while Z-axis slide way is supported by 6 sets of linear blocks. This compact design provides sufficient support for the spindle. X / Y / Z axes are driven by Fanuc alpha i series absolute AC servo motor which provides tremendous thrust output with faster acceleration and deceleration. Limit switch is replaced with Absolute Coordinate technology so that the machine does not need to return to the original point after power on, plus avoiding limit switch damaging problems. AF Series

The roller linear guide ways ensure high rigidity cutting and precision mold shaping operations. ( AF-650 ~ 1250 Series )

3 axes high grade servo motors and high rigidity axial couplings with quick response and zero backlash.

Automatic lubrication system uses pressure feed lubrication device with copper oil pipe providing sufficient lubricant for the slides, ball screws and other key components.

Casting structure of AF-1060 model shown Standard 10,000 rpm direct-coupled spindle. Optional 12,000 / 15,000 rpm direct driven or 20,000 rpm built-in spindles are available.
