The concept revolves around harmonizing the physical space with the rhythm and discipline of the arts it houses, offering a sanctuary where tradition meets thoughtful, sustainable design. The use of earthy materials and locally influenced forms ensures a connection to the land, celebrating the cultural legacy of the arts while fostering creativity and learning.

The site zoning ensures a seamless flow between academic, administrative, residential, and recreational spaces while maintaining their unique identities. This assignment involved creating a detailed Building Information Modeling (BIM) representation of our college building, completed collaboratively as a group project. Using Revit, we meticulously modeled the structure, incorporating architectural elements and spatial details to reflect the building’s design and functionality. The project provided hands-on experience in BIM, enhancing our understanding of digital modeling, coordination, and teamwork in architectural practice.

We began the project by collecting on-site measurements and gathering detailed data about the college building, ensuring accuracy in our approach. This was followed by modeling the structure in Revit, translating the collected information into a precise and comprehensive digital representation.
